Release....THE KRAKEN!!!
Overall, the Sea Rabbit is a nice, well made toy with tons of settings and a unique design, but I would say it is not worth the original $100 price tag . If you can get it on sale (though it's now selling for $39.99 here on EF!), do, if not, you'll survive. Be aware of the girth of this toy; it's probably not the best for first time users. But if you enjoy that girth, raised nubby bits, a strong bullet, and if the curve looks like it will tickle your fancy, this one might be right up your alley.

Pros
gorgeous design, well-made, powerful, tons of settings, unique look, designs on shaft feel nice.
Cons
no separate off switches for shaft/rabbit, too big for some, not waterproof, collects lint, bit loud
Katsuni’s Revenge of the Sea Rabbit is pretty much the neatest looking rabbit toy I've ever come across, and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to possess it. I lusted after this toy for months. I mean, c'mon! It's all steampunk looking with a light-up dial, black matte base, shiny grey TPR, red jewels and beads, skulls and chains patterned into the thing and a freaking sea monster as the rabbit!!!
Just by reading the stats, I knew it was big, but I wasn't totally prepared for when it arrived. I opened my box, and pulled it out. Then I ran upstairs and knocked on my roommate's door. When she opened it, I pulled the Sea Rabbit out from behind my back and shouted, "RELEASE... THE KRAKEN!" she laughed and commented on how large and pretty it was. This is not a beginner toy. Obviously it's not the biggest on the market, but at 5.5" around (mine is actually about 5.25" at where the red beads are, but some of the detailing adds that extra quarter-inch), it has a bit of girth that would surely scare some people away. I usually have to use a drop of lube (silicone or water-based is compatible with TPR) upon initial insertion. The packaging is pretty standard (plastic blister pack), but it does come with a black "satin" bag lined in lavender, which is a plus.
The actual toy is covered in TPR, which is less porous than some materials, but more porous than say silicone, so use condoms when sharing. TPR cannot be boiled, but neither can this toy; I rinse mine with warm water and mild soap, but you could also use toy cleaner. TPR is firm, yet bouncy, has some give to it, warms up quickly and feels nice. It's a bit sticky, so it does tend to attract lint and the like. The designs on the head area could collect "grime", but it's best to clean your toys before and after each use anyway; if you do that, you should run into no problems. I didn't notice any smell or taste with the Sea Rabbit, and still don't.
It runs on four AAA batteries, and has a pretty good battery life, considering how powerful it is. I would say the strongest aspects of the Sea Rabbit are the number of settings it has, which is a lot, and how pretty it is. It's weak in that it you can't turn the rabbit and shaft off separately and that it's a freaking sea monster-themed sex toy that isn't waterproof! What's up with that?

Experience
The Sea Rabbit certainly has no problems getting me off; it's powerful, girthy and has enough settings to keep from boring you. I couldn't get this to stimulate my G-spot; now, mind you, I've never had a g-spot orgasm, but I seem to have found its location (mine also seems to be fairly shallow in comparison to this toy). I found this toy to be awkward as a G-spotter, but we're all shaped differently, it might hit yours with ninja-like precision.
I love the rabbit on this toy; the tentacles feel great as a tickler, and if you press the bullet into your clit, it delivers the deeper, more rumbling vibrations that a lot of women crave. It has seven settings to be exact, from low to high to pulsing to slowly increasing, and the shaft has five (which are a bit less interesting and varied). This toy is a little on the loud side, but nothing that a closed door and some music wouldn't quell.
I have only used the toy alone, as my boyfriend is new to toys, and I feel this one would intimidate him, but there's no real reason you couldn't use this with a partner.
