The Waterproof turbo glider raspberry crush is just a traditional vibrator with a really long name. It works well as an external vibrator but it can be inserted vaginally as well. I wouldn’t recommend using it anally as it has no flared base and that would not be good if it got lost in there.
As the name implies, it is waterproof. It has a nice thick O-ring to protect it from water leaking into the battery compartment so you can use it in the shower or back if you wish.
This vibrator is entirely made of plastic. It just feels like cheap plastic. There’s no special PU coating to make it feel nice. Plastic is a very rigid material so it’s something you may not want to thrust too hard with at first. It’s compatible with all kinds of lubricants so you don’t have to worry about that.
The tip is mushroom shaped and nicely pronounced so you may get some G-spot stimulation from it but the shaft is completely straight. There are 32 nubs placed neatly around the shaft but they are small and I don’t even notice them during thrusting. However, those who are texture sensitive may not appreciate them. There’s a seam that goes lengthwise but it’s nicely blended in.
The Raspberry Crush is 7 ¼” it total with 6 ¼” of that being insertable. The circumference is 3 ¾” making this a slim enough vibrator for beginners to handle.
Advanced users might be bored by it but it will get the job done whether you’re a beginner or advanced user.
As mentioned before, this is a beginner friendly vibrator. The controls are simple. Just a turn dial at the base changes the speed of vibrations. There are no fancy patterns here, just steady vibrations. You can see the motor in the tip and the vibrations are stronger here but travel throughout the plastic quite well.
The vibrations are quite buzzy but not as buzzy as those watch battery bullets or mini wand vibrators. It’s not what I would call quiet so if you need to be discreet, this isn’t the toy for you. I’m pretty sure someone could hear this through a closed door if you didn’t have the music or TV on loudly.
It takes two AA batteries which are not included but can easily be found anywhere. The battery compartment is easy to open and close, just a small twist of the base will allow you to get the cap off. Inside the battery compartment is a plastic tube but leave that in so the batteries don’t rattle around.
This plastic toy is real easy to care for. It can be rinsed with water and soap or a toy cleaner and pat dry before storing. It won’t react with other materials so store it wherever is convenient. Just be sure to take the batteries out before storing so they don’t get drained.
The packaging was just clear blister packaging with revealing pictures. There is a slip of paper with basic instructions for the batteries. Not worth keeping.
Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore1 month after original review
This vibrator developed a crack along the shaft so I had to stop using it. It was a neat little cheap toy while it lasted, but I would suggest investing in something of better quality.
