I love all things Fun Factory. There I said it. I love unique designs and quirky products. I can't help that. So to combine the those two loves was pretty much a win from the start for me.

The Aries vibe in the Astrovibe line from Fun Factory provides great vibrations through the shaft while being made of a body safe material. Fun Factory uses 100% medical grade silicone and shouldn't irritate or otherwise harm your body if you use it properly and take care of the toy. This includes using water-based lubricants. Silicone-based lubricants will bond with the material and cause it to become gummy and gross. Just don't do it. One thing I noticed on this Fun Factory toy compared to my other ones is that the silicone is a super magnet for dust, fibers and hair. I don't know what's so different about it, but I really have to keep it clean by washing it frequently.

The actual molding of the ram shape is pretty cute. It's slightly cartoonish while still being identifiable. The horns on the ram make for an interesting bulging sensation when inside of your vagina. It kind of rubs on the walls and feels interesting. The tip is a bit pointy, though it fairly soft, so someone with a short vagina might possibly find that it is too long for them. Additionally, the girth of this vibrator is pretty sizable even for me. As the shaft progresses to the base the girth goes from manageable to possibly too thick depending on what thickness you like. I didn't find that it hit my g-spot area though it did have a nice all over vibration throughout my vagina.

The vibrations on this toy are fairly good. As someone who likes strong vibrations, I have found most vibes to be lacking. This one delivers. The base of the vibe has a turn dial that starts out at a low hum and can be turned up to a strong vibration. The vibrations are strongest at the tip of the vibe to maybe the first third of the shaft. Because of this it's great for clitoral vibrator and also good for vaginal penetration. I would not recommend using this vibe as an anal toy because there is no flared base, so theoretically it could get lost if you are a little overambitious with your thrusting.

I did find though that the vibrations are somewhat loud. Under a blanket or across the house would be fine, but don't expect it to be quiet if you're at your parents' place for the weekend. It's also not good for the shower because the base is not waterproof.

Because this toy is not waterproof due to the battery compartment cover, do not submerse it under water or let water come in contact with the base. Also do not wash it on the top shelf in your dishwasher. It also cannot be fully sterilized. Always remember to wash your toys before and after use so that it doesn't retain germs even though the material is good at not retaining it. Also remember that if you're sharing toys with another person, even silicone toys, that you should cover them with a condom and make sure to use a clean condom with each partner. No swapping of germs on my watch.

This vibe uses two AA batteries and should always be cleaned with antibacterial soap before and after use. It comes in a plastic clamshell that you could use to store it and the box has magnetic flaps that display information about Fun Factory and their products in almost every language imaginable. It also comes with pamphlets of information about the company and a sample sachet of the Fun Factory Toy Fluid water-based lubricant for use on their silicone toys.
