Quite the fun little exerciser...
Lovely for beginners, these quiet balls provide stimulation no matter what movement you're making. They help to tighten and are a good reminder to do your Kegels, along with providing plenty of fun!

Pros
Quiet, good for beginners, easy to care for.
Cons
May be a large for some.
There are a number of reasons a woman would look into buying a vaginal exerciser; some women buy them to ease bladder control problems, others for tightening up the vaginal muscles after childbirth. I originally bought these balls because I wanted something that would provide internal stimulation during pegging sessions. These were recommended to me because of the smaller balls inside of the Elastomer casing that provide added stimulation when moved. I absolutely love them; they are just the right amount of fun without being too much of a workout.
The Smartballs by Fun Factory are two connected Elastomer balls, with a small Elastomer string attached. The diameter of each of the balls is 1 3/8", and the total length is 4 1/2". Because of the diameter, insertion can be slightly tricky, but with some patience and some lube, they can be inserted with ease. Once they are in, the string hangs outside of the body, similar to a tampon string, to help aid removal. Elastomer is a type of plastic that is very body safe, it has no smell or phthalates, and is rather velvety. The Smartballs can be easily cleaned with antibacterial soap and water, and because of the material can be used with silicone or water based lube. I highly recommend using a soft brush to clean them in order to get into the little inlets that create the pattern on the balls.
There are a number of ways to use the Smartballs, however, using them while doing chores around the house or (as stated before) during a good pegging session. The internal weighted balls inside of the shell provide a rolling feeling and simulation to your vaginal walls. While, for me, they are not enough to provide any notable kind of stimulation, the rolling sensations are just little reminders that they are there. I do find that I end up becoming rather well lubricated, and keeping them in becomes a bigger challenge. Which is exactly what they are meant for! Mission accomplished, Fun Factory.
Because of the size of these, I would recommend them to someone who is just starting out with kegel exercisers. Some of the other exercisers available are smaller and heavier. At just a third of a pound, they are fairly light, and easier to keep inserted than some other exercisers. It should also be noted that they are extremely quiet. You cannot hear them when inserted, and make a very dull thudding when not inserted. They could very easily be thrown into a travel bag, and nobody would be any wiser.
