The Fetish Fantasy Ben-Wa Balls are the perfect tool to practice kegel exercises. Made out of weighted metal(rates 9 on the material safety scale), it is a bit more challenging than you may think. I have done kegel exercises before, and I even found this to be a challenge. However, practice does indeed make perfect.

These balls are quite small, which aids in the challenge of keeping them inside of you. The texture is very smooth as well so there is no friction keeping them inside. I found that sitting down was easier, but when you are walking around (I went to the store) it is very challenging to actually keep them in. As you keep your muscles taught, you're helping your muscles become stronger, which will aid in sex and orgasms (for you and your man).

The most challenging part for me with the Fetish Fantasy Metal Ben-Wa Balls was that as I was walking and they moved around, I would get wetter, thus making it harder to keep them inside. The first time I used them walking around, I did have one fall out, so I would suggest being careful with that. While it does get easier to keep them inside, it is never a non-working experience. Endurance with these Ben-Wa Balls is the ultimate test, as you will be stimulated and get wetter as they jostle around. You will always know that they are there as well.
