Powerful Traditional Vibe
If you like a vibe with a lot of power, this is it! If you want something a lot more soft and gentle, this does have lower speeds, but overall this may be too intense for some people.

Pros
Strong vibrations, varying speeds you control, light makes it fun
Cons
Noisy!
This was the first vibe I've ever purchased, and I am thrilled with it. It is very strong for how cheap it is. For a beginner with toys, I found this one to be a great size. It's smooth (no seams) and easy to operate. It is amazing for clitoral stimulation and insertion. Because of its noise and strong vibrations, this probably isn't the best vibe for couples during sex though, but would be great for foreplay (if you don't mind the noise)!
I love the fully adjustable speeds. There are no buttons with pre-set speeds. You set the speed to whatever you want. It can go from very light vibrations to very strong vibrations. The only downside to the speed controller is that depending on how you hold the vibe as you use it, you can move the wheel, changing the strength.
It does get pretty noisy the stronger the vibration though. At the highest speed, it's pretty darn loud. Don't plan on using this with people in the other room. Also, once the batteries start dying, so does the strength of the vibrations, but the dying light at the tip of the vibe helps you figure out when the batteries need to be changed.
When I was looking for a vibrator, I was torn between this and a few other of the traditional vibes. The light on this one was actually what sold me. I thought it was a whimsical additional that other vibes didn't have. The stronger the setting, the brighter the light gets. If used in the dark and during foreplay, the light is actually a little sexy (minus the noise).
I've been using this vibe for over 2 years now and it's still holding up. I figured by now it would have died, but for its price, it's a long lasting vibrator.

Follow-up commentary

I've already mentioned in my main review that this toy can get pretty noisy on the higher settings. I have found a rather strange way of helping limit that noise. It is still noisy, just not quite as much. This product takes 2 C batteries. What I've done is wrap each battery (sides only) once with electrical tape. I know it's strange, but the tape acts a little as a cushion. Just make sure you don't wrap the batteries too much or they won't go in.
