Plenty of power, but not the right fit for me
It has strong vibrations and a decent price for a beginner vibrator, but you could probably find something more useful at the same price.

Pros
Velvety material, semi-strong vibrations
Cons
Shape, not that sturdy
This little, pink bullet vibrator is an alright product. Its vibrations seem fairly strong at first, which was promising, but I didn't love it specifically because of its shape. The tip on it is rather pointy, and thus felt too 'pokey' around my clit. I prefer a more rounded shape with a bit more surface area, like a traditional silver bullet vibe. But you could theoretically use the sides instead of the tip to lay alongside your body for a more elongated vibration, especially if you don't enjoy direct, strong clitoral stimulation.
It does have a nice general feel to it. The material has a soft, velvety feel for some added friction. It is small and compact with no wires or battery pack to speak of, which is nice. It almost feels like holding a marker. It's about the same circumference with a pointed tip. I find it a bit tough to hold onto when things get... ahem... slippery.
The vibration felt a little buzzy, and the on/off button seemed kind of flimsy. It sometimes took more than one try to turn it on and off. It can get kind of loud because the vibration is higher pitched. Some of my other vibes have a lower pitched vibe, and even though they're more powerful, they're quieter.
There is almost no scent to speak of unless you get really close, and even then it's very subtle.
This toy could be used for almost any kind of play, from solo clitoral stimulation to clit stimulation, during partner sex to nipple stimulation, to light anal play to teasing pretty much anywhere on the body. My favorite way to use this was to use a plain, non-vibrating dildo for vaginal stimulation and then to hold this against my clit.
Overall, I'm not in love with it, but I'll keep it around in case my other, preferred vibes break.

It's about the size of an average female finger, I guess, about three inches long and the thickness of a Sharpie. It just has one button but three speeds that you have to cycle through to turn off and takes N-1 batteries (they kinda look like half the length of an AA battery, I believe they sell them on EF).
Ms. Spice, the first two questions should have been answered in my comment to indiglo, but as for the last one, you should be able to clean it with soap and water in a sink since it is waterproof, but you could just as easily use an antibacterial toy cleaning sprays.
