Honestly, I have mixed feelings on this toy. I think it's a really neat toy. It has tons of vibration options that are both strong and rather quiet. But, it's huge, and I don't think a G-spot toy needs to be this gargantuan. It's also a bit of a battery guzzler.

Pros
Silicone Easy to operate 10 functions Flexible but not TOO flexible
The Wavy G is a G-spot vibrator. It's dual motors are designed to stimulate the G-spot and surrounding area, although they are strong enough that the one in the head could probably be used to stimulate the clitoris. I wouldn't say this is a toy for beginners given it's girth. I thought it was a little on the large side for a G-spot toy. Given that it does have motors that make a bit of noise this isn't really a discreet toy, but if there was music playing it could probably be used without someone knowing, as long as you were in the privacy of your own room. It says it's waterproof, but given the electronics at the base I don't think it would be wise to test that.
The insertable portion of the toy of silicone, and the part that holds the controls is hard plastic. It's soft and velvety to the touch, and doesn't have much of a smell. It does have a variation in girth through out with the biggest part being at the head of the vibrator. The lack of texture would make this appropriate for someone who is new to G-spot toys, as long as they can handle the size of the toy itself.
It is designed like most G-spot toys with a fairly uniform shaft ending at a prominent head. The difference with the Wavy G is that the shaft is in a wave pattern to increase the sensation. The two button control is really easy to figure out, even for the non-tech savvy like myself.
I would say that the size is a bit on the large side. In the picture I put the Wavy G between the Tantus Acute and the Amethyst (in pink). As you can see it is much bigger than both of the other G-spot toys. Some of this may be due to it being a vibrator and needing to house the motors, but I think it would be better if it was a bit smaller.
The size of this toy is definitely not for most beginners. I had issues with insertion, and I am definitely not a newbie to toys. As you can see below the girth at the head of this toy is rather large. I would keep this in mind when shopping for a G-spot vibrator. If you like girth than this is a good toy to pick but if not I would recommend looking at a smaller model.
This toy is fairly quiet as far as volume goes although it does make some noise. If your door is closed and you have music on it would be enough to cover the buzzing. As far as looks... it looks like a vibrator and won't be mistaken as anything else if another adult found it. I suppose it's save for travel as long as you took the batteries out.
As I mentioned above the Wavy G comes with two motors. The first is in the head, and the second is near the controls at the bottom of the vibrator. Operating the Wavy G is easy. First, you push the power button and then push the mode button until you come to a pattern you like. The patterns of vibration rang from steady vibrations, to pulsing and escalating of varying strengths. One of the first things I noticed when first turning the toy on was that one of the options didn't just have a buzzing sound, but had more of a mechanical whirring sound. After a little over an hour of use the strength of the vibrations was fairly reduced, and most of the options gave the same whirring sound. I am not sure if this is a design flaw, or just part of how the motor is put together. Also, while this toy says it's waterproof, I didn't want to risk it given the exposed controls.
The Wavy G is silicone, so you should use only water based lube with it. This also makes the toy easy to clean. Using an antibacterial hand soap or basic (silicone safe) toy cleaner will do the trick. I would have to guess that this toy is not dishwasher safe given the exposed controls. Like with any other silicone toy it's a bit of a lint magnet, so I've taken to storing them in a sealed tote, but that doesn't totally keep them fuzz free. I would recommend a spot check before use.
As you can see the toy comes in a plastic case with colorful lettering. The back of the container mentions the vibrator having 10 speeds, easy control buttons, an auto-off function, and also how the toy is soft, flexible, unscented and waterproof. It doesn't have set instructions, but given that there are only two buttons and one is clearly a power button it's not really necessary.
Honestly, this toy was a bit big for me. There was no way I was getting this toy in comfortable without a the use of lube. Even with lube it was a bit painful after a bit. I also wasn't able to achieve a G-spot orgasm until I paired it with the Hitachi Magic Wand. That being said the varying options were really neat and enjoyable. I liked that the shaft was a bit flexible but not enough where you lose needed pressure on the G-spot. Also I tend to run a bit on the small side so others may not find it's size a downside like I do.
Follow-up commentaryI've started to like it more1 month after original review
While I still think this toy has some kinks to be worked out over time I do like it a bit more than when I first got it. It still drains batteries and makes whirring sounds when it's not at full batteries but I like all the options and that it is silicone. I still think it should be a bit thinner for being a G-spot vibrator but it does stimulate the G-spot so it does what it's meant to for the most part. I don't think I would use this without my Hitachi and I do have other G-spot toys I prefer but this one isn't bad in the scheme of things.
