Pink (dis)Pleasure Balls
For me, the pink pleasure balls failed to do anything they were supposed to do. I recommend only using these if you REALLY like a lot of raised, noticeable texture.

Pros
Low cost, highly textured if you like raised texture.
Cons
Painful if texture isn't your thing, hard to remove.
I recently reviewed the Energie vaginal exerciser. It was phenomenal. Since I enjoyed it so much some friends of ours gifted me with these, thinking I'd like them for "around the town" exercise and fun. It seems she wears hers all the time and absolutely loves them.
Me? Not so much.
The pink pleasure balls are hot pink, latex rubber balls covered in what are supposed to be stimulating nubby ticklers. Each ball is less than an inch in diameter, strung together with a nylon cord with retrieval loop. They're softish to the touch when you hold them in your hand and have an internal metal ball that vibrates and whirls with movement.
The problem comes with insertion, wearing and removal.
The nubby stimulators are less soft when you're trying to insert them; less soft against tender vaginal tissue than they feel in your hand. They require a LOT of lube. A lot. (Water based or silicone is fine) The lube seemed to creep up between the nubs and not do much good until they were literally dripping with it.
Once inserted they aren't quite as uncomfortable but they're not very stimulating, either. They feel rough, too textured and sort of confusing. You don't notice the stimulation the internal ball is supposed to provide because you're too focused on the vaguely unpleasant nubs. Exercise with them is almost useless to me since the last thing I want to do is clench down on the uncomfortable things.
Removal is the worst part of the pink (dis)pleasure balls. You actually have to add more lube to get them out. At least I did. My body produced no lube of it's own while they were in to help ease them out and it was actually quite painful to remove them. The nubbs dragged and tugged against the very tender tissue at the vaginal opening in a very unenjoyable manner. I added a huge glob of lube to aid me and promptly tossed the balls in the sink and glared at them.
Latex rubber can be cleaned with soap and water but should not be shared unless you use a condom with the toy since it can't be sterilized. I didn't use a condom but wish I had. It might have helped with the over textured surface quite a bit. The balls themselves cleaned up quite well but I doubt I'll be using them again.
They might be enjoyable for those who like a LOT of texture but for me they were the epitome of discomfort.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I was going to try these again just to do a follow up review when I realized... I'd actually tossed them away. They were that bad.
