The nipple clamps are great quality and have some weight to them. The beads have a bit of weight to them, too. I love the quality of the metal and the structure. To put these types of nipple clamps on, you have to make your nipples hard enough, place and hold them in place while pinching the slide with your pointer finger and thumb, and sliding the disk up to your preference of pain. I absolutely love how brutish they can be. There is only one thing I would change, and that’s the silicone sleeves because they slip kind of easily.
