This product is best used as a Kegel exerciser, as they are small and rather heavy, so you really have to work to hold them in. They really deliver a great Kegel exercise. These are not "orgasm balls" as they are not big enough, but if you are looking to tighten things up down stairs, these little guys will do the job.
