I Love, Love, Love, these clamps. Being somewhat of a beginner myself, having never used anything more than clothes pins and tweezer clamps, I found the clamps very easy to use.I prefer them to the tweezer type clamps, as those don't stay tight on my nipples and tend to slip off.
The adjustable clamps is what makes them so great for people just starting out.They are made of sturdy metal and rubber and the chain is solid feeling. Wash if needed with soap and water, be sure to thoroughly dry in case of rust.

They could be used other places on the body...just need to use your imagination! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Like I said they are made from food grade metal and rubber. They are very sturdy; my husband pulls on the chain and it hasn't loosened or kinked at all. They stay tight where placed, which you know there is nothing more irritating than having to stop play to readjust!

The product is easy to adjust to your comfort level; just clamp it on, turn the bolt and you're set. The rubber jaws make it comfortable, and non-pinchy. I have the tweezer type and I feel these will fit different sized breasts more comfortably.
