The Paris Duckie may not be my all-time favorite vibrator, but she is definitely the cutest one I own. She also is one of the most quiet, and definitely the most waterproof. She is a great choice, especially for beginners and women who don't need a powerhouse to get them off.

Pros
-Quiet -Adorable -A Good Gift -Relatively Strong Vibrations -Floats (kind of) -SUPER discreet
The Paris Duckie is a fun spin on the traditional rubber duck. She is super glamorous, with her own removable feather boa and crystal nose piercing. She comes in black and pink. I just couldn't resist the pink version! This vibrator is meant to hide in plain sight, posing as just your average bath time accessory. However, squeeze the middle of her back and the dual motors will turn on, making bath time a whole lot more fun! When you're all duckied out, squeeze her back again to turn off the motors.
The Paris Duckie is recommended for external use, which I would definitely stick to. If you CAN fit this duckie inside of you, there might be a problem! It is single speed, but the vibrations are strong enough to get most people off (sadly not including myself).
This duckie is made of plastic, is latex-free and phthalate-free, and is completely waterproof. She is rigid but very smooth and non-porous. She smells like...well, like a rubber duck to me! Really, it is the scent of light, clean plastic. But to me it smells exactly the way a rubber duck should smell! She also has a small, securely attached Swarovski crystal on her beak.
I like the design of the Paris Duckie far more than most vibrators. She is cute and innocent looking, with smooth curves that feel nice when my boyfriend is trying to work the knots out of my back, but at the same time her little beak is perfect for rubbing my clit during a "special" bath!
The Paris Duckie is absolutely perfect for first-time vibrator owners. She is non-threatening, small-ish, and does not have to be used on your naughty parts. You can either have your partner massage you during a bubble bath, or if you're feeling adventurous, do whatever tickles your fancy with her!
The Paris Duckie's vibrations come from her head and tail. The beak is a very nice spot to use for back massages, while I find that her tail is best for use down below! The sound that comes from the vibration is easily masked when used under water behind a closed door, or under a blanket. Because she runs on only 2 AA batteries, the vibrations are decent. For a power queen like me, this just isn't enough to get me off. However, the Paris Duckie is perfect for wet foreplay or a nice massage to get me going. As I said before, she has one speed of vibration, which is activated by pressing gently on the middle of her back. She is turned off the same way.
Feed your Duckie 2 AA batteries when she starts feeling weak, and she will be alive for a long time! I have had my Duckie for about 6 months, and have only needed to feed her once. She is definitely low maintenance!
Keep your Duckie looking beautiful by bathing her in soapy water after use. She is very easy to clean. Usually I just soap her up a little before my bath is over, and she is good to go! I keep her on the edge of my tub because she is so darn cute, and no one ever suspects that she is a vibrator.
The Paris Duckie comes in an adorable cylindrical plastic box with a ribbon handle. Because I keep my duckie in the bathroom, I threw mine out pretty quickly. However, you can definitely keep yours to store her in. Just make sure you poke holes in the top!
She comes with a small instruction book with directions on how to open the battery compartment and feed her. (Requires a flathead screwdriver) It is relatively painless, and does not need to be done often.
Because the box and the duck itself are so cute, I absolutely recommend giving her as a gift. Your friends will get a good laugh when they realize what she is actually used for!
This is actually the best waterproof toy that I have ever come across. It's 100% discreet, 100% waterproof, and just adorable. I'm thinking about getting the Bondage Duckie because it is advertised as being a bit stronger in the vibration department. Of course, it's not as discreet!
Within about five minutes of opening the toy, I accidentally ripped off her feather boa. It was no huge loss because I knew that this would be a bath time toy for me, but I was a little disappointed at how fragile it was. Luckily, the duck itself is much more sturdy, and I have had no problems with her in the last few months. When I put her in the bath with me she floats nicely, albeit a bit crookedly. She is the perfect addition to any relaxing bath.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it6 months after original review
I still like this toy, but I hardly ever use it. It's not quite strong enough for me, and awkward to boot. Cute though. And it's always fun to bring out and show my friends. No one can ever guess what it really is! I'm totally going to buy my friends these for their wedding showers!
