orchestrate a Serenade to create a sexual symphony of your own...
The whole name for the vibrator I'm reviewing is: Evolved Waterproof Serenade Symphony Edition. Whew, what a name to have to live up to. Well, I think it does. And it does it well. You get the greatest vibration intensity with minimum noise. What's there not to like? Waterproof. Unusual titillating texture. And weight. For those who like weight, they should be pleased with the weight of Serenade. Are you ready for some intense orgasms?

Pros
powerful; multiple speeds; whisper quiet; waterproof; graduating increase in texture
Serenade Symphony Edition is an Evolved brand vaginal vibrator. Ridges encircle nearly the whole length of the vibrator which sets it apart from a classic traditional vibrator. This added amazing feature is for those looking for great texture. With such advanced texture, I would not recommend it for those unsure about vibrators. This is a vibrator for those looking for a lot of texture, strong vibrations, whisper quiet motor, has some girth, and is waterproof.
Serenade is one of the vibrators with powerful rumbly vibrations so many of us have been looking for. I have used so many vibrators but none like this one - great texture combined with rumbly vibrations, uh! Several other features combine to make a near luxurious vibrator.
The powerful Serenade is intended to be a vaginal vibrator. But there is absolutely no reason why you can't tune in to pleasure with your lover. Take turns using it to find your lover's hot spots, and yours. Have fun with it, but no where anally. And take it anywhere private including the hot tub or use it while lying next to your sleeping lover and no one will ever hear it because it is so whisper quiet.
Now discreet. Is Serenade discreet? You gotta' be kidding me. Serenade proudly announces in its appearance: 'I'm an adult toy'. And why not? It's a very fine vibrator. So, it goes without saying that I don't take her with me when I leave home. And at home I keep her safely tucked away. No need to have to explain my music maker.
Serenade is made of medical grade TPR - thermoplastic rubber and ABS plastic. The TPR material offers a soft and pliable shaft. It is flexible and conforms to your body. In fact, the very tip of the shaft is completely squeezable. The TPR surrounds a firm core. TPR is known to be phthalates free, toxins free, hygienic and somewhat porous. It is about average on a materials safety scale. There is definitely a drag/pull on my skin as I slowly move it across my skin.
ABS plastic is the material used for the battery cap. It is toxins free, phthalates free, and non porous. It is also latex free, hygienic, and hypoallergenic. ABS is one of the best adult toy materials. The hard plastic ABS is covered in a smooth matte finish - a very nice added touch.
I notice a slight scent from the TPR on Serenade. Not unpleasant. Just an odor for like something new. Of course the ABS has no odor. And neither have a taste. The TPR tends to want to hold onto my skin as I move it from hand to hand. But this is not an issue for concern. When it's lubed up, there's nothing stopping the music it can make.
Serenade is a straight shaft with some interesting detail. The head is tapered at the tip to allow for easier insertion. And from the the tip, the head widens to encompass a fairly large bullet. From there you will find 3 bulging sections, each a little larger than the prior one. Within each section are 3 graduating in size ridges, or some may call them ripples. So from the tip of the head down to the battery cap circumference increases. The dimensions are as follows:
The lower 2" of Serenade is the battery cap and also doubles as the handle. The cap unscrews to allow you to pop in 2 AA batteries into a battery sleeve. You can see the O ring that keeps the vibrator waterproof. And at the base of the battery cap is the power button. It's a raised easy to push button.
There is only 1 function with Serenade, vibrating. And that's the only function it needs to be a satisfying vibrator. And there are 3 speeds of vibrating. Strong, powerful 3 speed settings. Each speed moves smoothly from one to the next. But let me tell you, you will notice the change in speeds.
The vibrations are felt the strongest in the head where the bullet/motor is located. However, the stimulating vibrations do travel down to the bottom of the shaft. The handle/battery cap carries the lightest vibrations. And the power button has to cycle through all speeds to power off
The first speed feels like the highest vibration of several of my vibrators. It is powerful in and of itself. But then I pushed the power button 1 more time to the medium speed and my body sang with pleasure. At the highest speed I get tickled a lot unless I can find a way to position Serenade so as not to do that.
Serenade is simple to care for. Clean up is easy with warm soapy water. Of course you can use toy cleaner or cleaning wipes. Just be careful not to use a sanitized cleaner since TPR is porous and you don't want the TPR to absorb any of the sanitizer. Also, TPR material is compatible with both waterbased and silicone lubricants. Plus, don't forget to use condoms if sharing Serenade.
Storing can be simplified by storing Serenade separate from other toys where potentially harmful chemical reactions can occur. So I don't have to keep track of all those details, I just store most of my toys in a baggie. I store Serenade in it's packaging. By the way, be sure to remove the batteries before storing to prolong their life.
Usually packaging doesn't impress me. But Serenade's does. The vibrator comes in a red tin with decorative black and silver words and accents. In the center of the lid of the tin is a clear plastic outline of Serenade which can be seen through the window. The lid is held in place with a clasp at each end. Inside the tin is a short nap velvet fabric over about 1/2" of foam. Serenade lays right in the middle of it where the foam has been cut away. It rests on a piece of soft bendable plastic lying over more foam. This makes a very nice presentation even though it is not discreet.
Good for storage
Not discreet
Very informative
Follow-up commentaryI still like it3 months after original review
Oh yes, I still like Serenade. The ridges on the shaft are an exciting experience when thrusting. I can't take in the 5 1/4" part of the vibrator but the rest of the girth is great. The power of Serenade is still just as strong as when I first got it. It does take a bit of work with a soft toothbrush to clean between the ridges, but it sure is well worth the effort.

Yay! I'm really glad you enjoy this one. I've meant to get it so many times, but never did because something else would catch my eye I have Flutter and Sugar from this same line and oh goodness! They are some fabulous vibrators. They have great vibrations too! I think they have the same vibrations as this one. I like the texture on this Serenade. I got my a year ago (both) and they're still alive and kicking to this day.
