You simply lube them up, and carefully insert both balls, also, the retrieval cord makes these great for someone new to kegel balls.

The Eden kegel balls are made of silicone, they have a firm core, with an inner ball that gyrates around with movement to provide stimulation to your PC muscles.

There is some texture to the silicone covering on the balls, I cant personally feel any bonus stimulation due to it, but some women might enjoy it.

Extremely easy to clean, Soap and hot/warm water before & after each use.

These can be used by beginners, and advanced users.
It also has an awesome sturdy retrieval cord for when you want to remove them, hassle free.

The design is well thought out, The two balls are connected to each other with the silicone covering, and features a removal cord that feels very sturdy, not like it will break or snap off.
Its discreet, small, travel friendly, usable while in public even.

The size seems a tad bit bigger than I would personally enjoy, but it didn't cause any discomfort or pain when used.

This toy did what its supposed to do, I felt the gyrations of the inner balls causing my PC muscles to contract, and this was the first time I've personally ever used any type of kegel balls.

A very simple design, I can't think of anything that I would change about the Eden silicone kegel balls, aside from offer them in various sizes.

Small enough to keep in a drawer, Easy as cake to clean, hot water and soap is all it needs.

Water-based lubricants only! As this is a silicone based toy.

My only peeve about it, is that it collects fuzzies and hair.
