The Tryst runs on the smaller side for a dildo, it is 8 inches long, but only 5 inches are insertable. The circumference is 4 3/4 inches, with a diameter of 1 1/2 inches. The toy only weighs 3.7 ounces, so the toy is lite weight, and your arm will not get tired from using this toy. I personally wish the toy had more girth, I like a bigger fulfilling toy for my personal preference. The size of this toy, makes it great for beginners, and anyone wanting a smaller toy in terms of girth.

The Tryst is not discreet when it comes to looks, anyone will know what it is; if you were to leave the toy out. You can travel with this toy, if you keep it in a plastic bag to keep it clean. It will fit into a normal size purse for easy traveling.

The Tryst runs on 2 AAA batteries, which are not included with the toy. To place your batteries into the toy, you need to use your finger nail to push on the little latch; which will pop open the back of the toy. I think the way the battery compartment door is made; looks sleek, but can be tricky to work, if you do not know how to open the door.

The Tryst offers 7 different settings for you to choose from. They range from vibrations, through pulsations. I personally like the pulsations better in this toy. The speeds are as follows;

1) low
2) medium
3) high
4) fluttering from low to high
5) pulse
6) faster pulsations
7) 3 short pulses, followed by 2 long pulses

The controls are located at the base of the toy, there are 2 push buttons. One turns the toy on, and off, while the other controls the levels of vibrations. They are easy to operate, so there will be no getting frustrated with the hassles of finding your preferred speed. It is great feature for a toy to have a separate shut off switch; for those times where you need to quickly shut the toy off. No fumbling around, surfing through levels of vibrations, trying to get the toy turned off.

I find the pulsating speeds to be the most effective for me. The vibrations appear to be strong until pressure is applied to the toy; then the vibrations weaken a lot. There is a light indicator, that lights up with the speeds of the toy. The vibrations are located mostly in the tip of this toy, so you can have pin point stimulation. The vibrations down the shaft are extremely lite.

The vibrator is quiet, you can not hear this toy over a tv, or through a door. I have no worries that someone would hear the sound of this toy, while it is being used.


The Tryst is waterproof, there is an 0-ring that protects the battery compartment. It is very small, when I went to look to make sure there was one, it took a sec to locate it. I submerged this toy in the water for about 5 minutes, I then checked the battery compartment, and no water had leaked in. That being said, feel free to take your toy in the shower, tub, or even the pool.

To care for the Tryst, just wash with warm water, and anti-bacterial soap. If you have an adult toy cleaner, that will work as well. The toy should be cleaned before and after each time you go to use it.

To store this toy, you can use the packaging that it arrived in, or place in a plastic bag. Either of these two ways will keep your toy clean. and damage free. The toy does not take up much room in your dresser drawer, or toy box.

Silicone toys do not play well with others, it is important that they do not come in contact with other materials(such as other silicone toys) in order to prevent damage to your toys.

I do recommend using a water-based lube with the Tryst, as it will drag along the skin.

The Tryst comes in a small plastic box, which the toy is able to be seen; making the packaging not discreet. There is no nudity on the box, and on the back there is some information about the toy, and very little instructions.


You can use this packaging to store your toy in, to keep it clean and damage free. The packaging is pretty plain, but could be given as a gift if you wanted too.

This is a pretty plain vibrator, but that does not make it bad. It gave me an awesome G-Spot orgasm, with the help of my hitachi. I just prefer using my glass over using this one.
