This product starts out working great! The intensity is kicked into gear and everything is pumping and ready to go, but the intensity wears off way too soon. I definitely enjoyed the tingly warming sensation it gives you, if only you didn't have to reapply so often. I don't think this product would work very well in water, it tends to wear off rather quickly without it so I'm sure with it would only decrease its lasting power. When applied to the head of his penis it didn't really give him any special feelings. I don't think there are many other uses for this product but as a female stimulater.
