O, that's tingly
It gives a nice tingly sensation that gives a little boost, but I'm not sure that it gave me a "screaming orgasm."

Pros
Nice tingly feeling
Cons
Messy
This stuff was definitely interesting. It was a creamy substance and smells a little bit like a lotion. I didn't dare taste is with all of the chemicals that are in it, but I'm sure it does not taste good. It left me with a nice tingling feeling, but not exactly more aroused. It was also slightly warming. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't call it climax cream. The instructions say to apply a pearl-sized drop to the clitoral area and gently rub for approximately 3 minutes. In my opinion, rubbing your clit for 3 minutes is going to be arousing in and of itself. It was a little messy after mixing with other...natural...stuff, but it wipes up easily.
The ingredients are listed on the back and include purified water, propanediol, carthamus tinctorious, safflower seed oil, cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, L-arginine, xanthan gum, ethylhexylglycerin, and phenoxyethanol. Some of these ingredients are known to be irritants in even the smallest amount, so I would be careful when using it and make sure to stop using it if it does start getting irritating.
The container it comes in looks just like a lip gloss, and could easily be mistaken for it if someone doesn't read the label. It is a black bottle with white and red writing on it, and a red stripe just below the center of the tube. The front says "OGLOSS" and "Climax Creme" with The Screaming O and Studio logo under that. The back lists the instructions and the ingredients, as well as a warning that this product is not meant for pregnant women or people with STDs , specifically those suffering from genital herpes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
All in all I suppose I enjoyed using the product because it did feel good, but I wouldn't count on a screaming orgasm from it.

It seems that the more I use it, the more I rely on it! Knowing what it is like with it makes it harder to get off without it.

Thanks for the review! I have this since it was the only formula with L-arginine but no menthol or peppermint. I too, only felt a slight warming. It's funny that you noticed the same questionable directions that I did -- rub your clit for 3 minutes...gee, think they're stacking the deck?
