Not the Best Kegel Balls
These are a cheap kegel ball option, but don't do it! Go for the balls with metal balls inside them (they feel better) and for a string that is a non-absorbent material like rubber. The string on this toy hurts when you take it out, and it also absorbs fluids and is hard to clean.

Pros
the balls are smooth and easy to clean, they feel good
Cons
the string hurts when you take it out, the string absorbs fluids and is hard to wash
I know, they're one of the cheaper options, but I've owned a couple other pairs and I wouldn't suggest these. Personally I would suggest a pair that has a "string" made of a durable, non-absorbent material.
The main problem is the rope this comes on. It is fine to put in, kind of uncomfortable to take out (ow), and really hard to wash. It pretty much absorbs the fluids from your vagina. So it gets crusty and smells if it dries before you wash it...yeah, it's gross.
I am much happier with a pair I have that has a firm, rubber "string." It is easier to clean (though it does collect lint, which a high-end set wouldn't) and less painful to remove after using them.
In terms of the balls themselves and what they're intended for, I have very strong kegels now and you can honestly do the same exercise pretty easily without the balls. You don't need the balls to do it, and I wouldn't even say I ever found them that hard to keep in like the balls without a string are intended to be. But it's still a fun purchase and maybe it will motivate some women to do the exercise more. Plus the balls feel good and are pretty cheap.
Sometimes I was daring enough to wear them out in public. I never had to worry about anyone hearing the clinking noise of the balls rubbing together. You can feel them rocking inside you and it feels pretty good. Not orgasmic-good (I don't think many women would say they live up to the hype of causing orgasms), but I enjoy using them.
They feel the best when you make quick movements, like standing up quickly, jogging or doing jumping jacks. For this reason, they're great for when you're home alone doing housework. I think the ones with metal balls inside feel better than these did (these have plastic balls I think). You can feel every movement more. I kind of want to go use mine right now!

I'm still not a fan of these balls, unfortunately. They feel good, but I've used a couple of other pairs that felt better (deeper vibrations). Plus, taking them out is such a hassle. Taking them out kind of hurts sometimes, too, since you have to yank the rope.
Also, the rope absorbs odors, and it's not like other toys that you can just wash after each use and then put away. The rope will stay wet for a day or so. However, they were cheap, so you do get what you pay for. I would suggest paying more for a nicer pair.
