The Pirates Hidden pleasure vibe is fabulously discreet and I love its elegant look. It comes with its very own storage case that looks similar to a jewelry box. It can be stored on a book-self or a dresser and no one would be the wiser. It's a very smooth vibe that doesn't give off any odors or taste. It’s made of plastic which is an 8 on Eden’s safety scale. It's not very silent but it can't be heard through a closed door.

This vibe has vibrations that are not very overwhelming. The vibrations themselves are at about two vrooms, so I don’t suggest this toy for people who require a lot of power. It can be used internally and externally, however, I don’t recommend anal play with this toy because it is relatively small. This vibe was my very first toy and I’m not overly impressed by it. Its small size made it very difficult for me to receive any internal pleasure. I had a difficult time keeping a good grip on it while it was inserted. Its three settings, however, do provide a very nice clitoral stimulation. It's waterproof setting did make this an enjoyable shower vibe.

I have only used this toy in a solo session, but I’m sure it can be used to heighten certain sensations with a partner. I do recommend that this toy be used with another toy because the vibrations aren't strong enough alone. Because it is made of plastic it is very easy to clean, just use soap and warm water. When cleaning, do make sure to remove the o-ring because I found that lubricant and body fluids can get stuck in between the vibe and the ring. It is perfectly safe to use with any type of lubricant. If you do plan on sharing, make sure to clean the toy before and after use, especially with the problem I found with the o-ring.
