Not so decadent

This petite toy is for a very special person, but most users will probably be disappointed in this one. The small girth makes it very hard to feel the ripples, and the point is a bit tough to thrust with. While it's waterproof and comes with it's own traveling case, this won't be going on any adventures with me any time soon.

Use

This petite toy is very versatile, but it is a jack of all trades and master of none. Used clitorally, the ripples are interesting but don't add a lot of stimulation compared to a basic vibrator. The tip is good for more pinpoint stimulation if that's what you're fond of, but you can also use it on it's side for more general vibrations.

This toy is insertable, but it is rather slim. If you aren't used to penetration this may be a good choice, but if you are this may be too thin. While I can use this for g-spotting, I feel like most people will find it either too straight or too short to reach.

I would NOT recommend using this anally. It has no flared base, no handle, and no retrieval cord. This means that it could potentially get lost inside you, and I don't want to hear anyone complaining about having to run to the ER.

This would be a good first toy for couples to use because of the small size and short length. Inserted it would be hard to bruise your partner, and externally it's thin enough to hold and use during intercourse. While I may not recommend it for other reasons, it is nonphalic and small.

This toy passes Ryu's dorm seal of approval because of the small size, the material, and the noise level. It's easy to stash anywhere and can't be heard through a wall or over the shower.

Material / Texture

This toy is made entirely out of rigid, colored plastic. Plastic is rated an 8 out of 10 on the Eden Safety Scale and is not porous at all. Along with other maintenance, you can wipe this down with a 10% bleach solution to completely disinfect it.

The plastic has almost no drag to it at all, making this a good toy to take with you. I didn't find that any lube was needed at all, especially when used in the shower. If you like a lot of drag to your toys this may not be up your alley, but I find that it makes it more convenient to use.

No part of this toy had any scent or taste out of the box and it has retained neither. The smoothness may add to the feeling of it being 'too thin' as it doesn't catch on your skin like some toys, but I really can't say for sure.

Plastic is a great material for both beginners and advanced users. It's firmness and ease of use make it great for sex toys, and it's safety is something that everyone can appreciate.

Design / Shape / Size

This toy is a lot smaller than it looks on the product page. From the product page it looks to be similar to the Evolved Bliss, but it's really only 4.5 inches long altogether. While it has 3.25 of those insertable, it feels smaller than some toys I have of the same length due to the small girth. In the widest place this toy is 3 inches around, but towards the tip it is much smaller.

While I could feel the ripples a bit while thrusting with it, I wouldn't count on them being very prominent in use. If you're looking for something that will really give you a 'popping' sensation with each bulge, I would recommend looking at something with a wider overall girth.

Since my g-spot is very easy to find, I had no problems at all finding it with this. My main qualm is that, while I could hit it, it was too pointy for it to feel good. It felt more like I was jabbing at it than trying to get anything good out of it.

The design is very cute and isn't intimidating at all, but if you left this out on the desk it would get some questions asked. While it doesn't scream 'vibrator,' I would still keep this tucked away from preying eyes.

If you aren't used to penetration, this toy may be for you. Unfortunately, not only will size queens find themselves wanting a larger, girthier toy, but even us normal girls may be left disapointed.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy is not the strongest out there and may disappoint those needing stronger vibrations. I personally found that the highest setting was a nice level for me, and on high it is a bout 3 vrooms strong. On high it's also about 2 bees loud, meaning it can't be heard over the shower or through a door.

When you twist the turn dial base to turn it on, the vibrations in crease pretty waveringly. To give you a better idea, when you twist it it sounds like bbzzzzzbbbZZZbbbbbBZZZZZZZZzzzZZZZZZZ. Once you get it on a setting it's pretty consistent, and the vibrations themselves are pretty buzzy and topical. The motor is located in the middle of the shaft, but the vibrations travel the entire toy well.

After both using this toy in the shower and submerging it to clean it I found no water at all in the battery compartment. I can confidently say that this toy is 100% waterproof.

As far as functions and performance goes, this would be good for both beginners and advanced users. It's easy to control and has several different speeds, but if you feel like you need a lot of power this may leave you wanting.

Care and Maintenance

Being such a smooth plastic, this toy is very easy to take care of. I personally use an antibacterial toy cleaner, but toy wipes or soap and water both work equally well. Being waterproof you can also fully submerge this toy to clean it. I store this in a cool, dark place with the rest of my toys.

Plastic is compatible with all materials and all types of lube. This means that you don't have to worry about weather or not what you have will work with it. There is one small seam where the battery compartment screws on that may be a bit difficult to clean, but you can always unscrew it and then wipe the two sides down separately.

Packaging

This toy came in a flowery, flimsy box that seems to be universal to low-end Doc Johnson toys. It is transparent and you can clearly see the toy through the box. While it's pretty obvious what it is, it doesn't have any naked women or lewd sayings on it. I wouldn't hesitate to wrap this and give it as a gift.

While it isn't very informative, not much instruction is needed. I found that it was good enough, but it really only mentions the battery usage, the material, the brand, and any disclaimers.

Personal comments

What I really appreciate about this is that it comes with it's own storage box. The color matches whatever color of toy you got and, unless someone opens it, it looks like a toothbrush case for traveling. It stays closed well and makes for a great way to keep this separate from other toys and clean.

Experience

While this toy didn't wow me, it also didn't really disappoint me. I personally liked to use this best in the shower, and really appreciated not having to use lube. While it's far from the best toy that I've ever tried, it's also far from the worst.

I'm giving this toy a 3 out of 5 stars for several reasons. The wooboly controls are a bit of a turn off and make it hard to get the intensity you want, and the tiny girth makes the 'ripples' almost useless and very hard to feel. Last of all, this was just too pointy for me to enjoy trying to stimulate my g-spot with. While it isn't a BAD toy, I feel like most users will be disappointed in this one.

You would think the ripples would feel awesome, but that's a big let down to hear that they are not. The packaging sounds really interesting, though. Great review.
