My wife and I bought the We-Vibe to use during intercourse. What originally attracted us to the vibrator is that it's small and discreet, has different vibration settings from intensity to pulsating, stimulates both partners together, and is quiet for those who have roommates or thin walls. Because if I'm going to piss off the neighbors, I would rather it be because of loud music so I can still look them in the eye when passing by them in the hallway.

The We-Vibe is relatively easy to use. Because of it's "C" shaped design, the bottom part of the vibrator easily fits inside your vagina for g-spot stimulation and cups around to sit on the clitoris for double the pleasure. The added bonus for your partner is the vibration on his penis when he slides inside. This product could be used for solo and couples play whether it's during intercourse or just for foreplay.

The material is made of a flexible latex texture. The texture is made for anyone from beginners all the way to the kinkiest of advanced. Each end of the vibrator has a ribbed texture, but my wife said it didn't really add that much more pleasure to the experience. Bumps would have probably been a better ribbed pattern. It can have a bit of a sticky feel to it so be prepared to pick off a lot of dog or cat hair cause God knows that stuff gets everywhere. I actually don't have a sense of smell so I don't know if it has an odor, but my wife had no complaints about that.

The design of the We-Vibe is where it kind of failed for us. The design of the vibrator is suppose to lightly clamp onto the womans pelvic bone to hold it snuggly in place. The body of the We-Vibe is small and slender so that way your male partner can easily slip into your vagina without the toy getting in the way. We however, did not find this to be the way our experience held true. First off, a couple issues my wife had with the We-Vibe was that the clamp wasn't really tight enough to add the desired pressure she wanted on her clit, and since you are encouraged to use lube with the We-Vibe it became too slippery and difficult for her to get a good grip on it to provide the added pressure on her clit that she wanted. Another issue she had, was once I inserted my penis inside, the slender body wasn't quite slender enough so my penis kept pushing the vibrator around into awkward positions which made it a bit uncomfortable for both of us. The issue I had with the design was that once I was inside of her vagina, the slender body of the We-Vibe felt more like a firm piece of rubber jabbing into my penis. A bit of a mood killer for both.

The controls are very easy to use. You can either change the vibration settings directly on the We-Vibe or you can control them with the small remote that comes with it. The vibrations are meant to stimulate the womans g-spot and her clit simultaneously while the male can slide his penis into her vagina and enjoy the vibration as well. However, although small in design, it was still a bit too bulky for us once I was inside. My penis caused the vibrator to move around a lot which kept moving it off her g-spot and also off her clit. And because the clamp wasn't quite tight enough, she could never get the desired amount of pressure she wanted on her clit. This doesn't mean that everyone will have the same experience because every person's body is different, but this was our experience with it.

A great feature from the We-Vibe though was how quiet it was. We currently have a roommate who is a family member so hearing us buzzing away in the room across the hall would make for awkward conversation in the morning. Luckily, we never had that issue. Not from the We-Vibe anyway. The We-Vibe is also waterproof for those who enjoy pleasure play in the bath/shower. And something that I got a little excited about was that the We-Vibe only takes about an hour to charge and charges with an android charge cord. You can charge it from a wall outlet or USB port although the wall outlet will charge it faster.

Care and maintenance is very simple with the We-Vibe. We bought a simple toy cleaning spray that you just spray and wipe. The manufacturer doesn't recommend soap and water because it could break down the material. If you decide to use soap and water to clean the toy, make sure you use a mild soap with no fragrance. One big problem with this toy though will be for pet owners. If finding pet hair in your food wasn't enough, this thing attracts dog and cat hair like a magnet. If you drop it on the bed for even a second it will look like you were playing with a Chewbacca-themed sex toy.

The packaging is quite small on this one, so that might upset some of those Tupperware saving users. But that's not entirely bad news because this makes the We-Vibe very easy to store away secretly in a drawer underneath all your socks. The instructions that come with the We-Vibe were pretty solid; giving a lot of explanation of how to use it, clean it, charge it, and store it.

The We-Vibe doesn't have to be narrowed down to just being used during intercourse. It can work great for just clit play or can be used to clamp onto your male partners testicles for added vibration for him. Although we haven't tried it, I'm sure this would also be a great use for anal play as well. Just make sure to becareful not to lose it inside of your anus.

Overall I would rate the We-Vibe about a 6.5/10. It was not the greatest toy we have ever used, but it defiantly had some great functions and features that we would want in other vibrators as well.
