This vibrators pretty darn cute, and it does what it says it will. But in all honesty, this vibrator isn't the greatest one ever. Will it do the job? Yeah. I think, for the money, you can definitely find better vibrators. If you're getting it free as a gift, you'll probably find it good enough. After all, who's going to look a free vibrator in the battery compartment?

Pros
The vibrations are strong enough. Also, it's waterproof. I like the purple and white coloring, too.
Cons
Lint magnet, sticky feeling, and the head is too big.
This toy stimulates large areas at a time, so if you like that then great! If you're looking for more pinpointed vibrations, this is probably not the one for you. This toy isn't very discreet; this is not a toy for public use. If you live in a home, I think it might be heard through the door if it's on the highest setting. However, I live in a dorm, and the only place that I've found to use it is the shower/tub as I have a private bathroom...and suitemates. The shower sound covers up the sound of the vibrator for the most part - though it's somewhat noticeable when it's on the highest setting. Thank goodness it's waterproof. I like the dial-base because it really lets you choose where it goes.
The page for this toy notes that only the first inch or so can be comfortably inserted - which is a statement I'd agree with. I use it only for external use: on my clit, nipples, etc. This toy doesn't have a wide enough base to be used as an anal toy, so don't do it! As to the design, it's supposed to be like they cut a heart in half and twisted it; I think it was mostly to be cute, and the way that it was done with the protruding petals means that they cut it off from being possibly used as an insertable toy.
I'd say that this toy would work well for a beginner as it's reasonably priced and a non-intimidating, cute shape.
This vibrator is made out of Thermoplastic Rubber or TPR - which is porous. It has a faint "plasticky" scent straight out of the box, and because it's porous, it has taken on the light soap scent from the antibacterial soap I use to clean it. The scent of the plastic is only really noticeable if you're putting it close to your nose.
I found this vibrator to be a bit "sticky" to the touch; it's definitely a lint magnet. It picks up tiny fibers from the makeup bag I store it in. It's pretty squishy. The bulbous end and the "petals" are flexible. The petals can be squished in close to the body of the vibrator as well as they can be pulled down a ways. The dial-control end is made of plastic which can get slippery when used in the shower/tub or with lube. The texture of the insertable bulged end is smooth, again, it's a bit sticky. I noticed some drag when it wasn't used in a shower/bath or with lube. I think that the texture would be okay for all levels of toy users. It's nothing too crazy for a beginner, and experienced users may enjoy the petals.
I didn't like the shape on this one. The end is too wide and blunt for my preferences. It makes pinpoint clitoral stimulation pretty difficult. However, if your thing is more general stimulation, it would work out okay. It's a full-sized vibrator - by all means. I didn't try inserting it because I looked at the petals and thought, "I don't think so." I personally feel like it's pretty big which isn't my thing. II like toys that are a little bit smaller and more pinpointed. I think the drag from the TPR may make me more aware of how large the head is.
I think this one would be good for beginners, and advanced users might also enjoy it (notedly size queens.) It's pretty easy to hide; I just tuck mine in a little makeup bag and drop it in my underwear drawer. Discreet? Not so much. You could probably put it in your checked bag if you're flying, and it wouldn't cause a problem.
This toy has a dial base control which is great because it really lets you set the intensity. It's not as strict as a push-button toy. It's really easy to figure out how the dial-base works. Unfortunately, the dial-base is kind of a pain to change with because you definitely need two hands for the task: one to keep the vibrator in place and one to twist.
I found the vibrations strong enough to orgasm. However, they were more towards the buzzy type, and I prefer mine to be a bit more rumbly. I think if the vibrator is turned all the way up, most women will probably be able to orgasm. I had it about halfway up most of the time. The vibrations are located more towards the tip of the shaft, but they can be felt all along the toy. My fingers went a bit numb at one point. I would say that this toy has the ability to get noisy if you're using it at the highest level. If you're not, then you probably couldn't hear it through a closed door if the covers are over it.
In terms of this toy's waterproof qualities, I had no problems with it. It has an O-ring, which is good, but it can be finicky in terms of how tight the cap over the battery compartment is. If it's too tight, the vibe won't turn on. Even so, it didn't have water in the battery compartment after a trip into the shower and then a scrub-down in the sink.
I wash this toy (and all of my toys) with antibacterial hand soap and the hottest water my hands can stand then dry it off (it's such a lint magnet here; it takes on paper towel bits, cloth towel fibers, anything) and put it in a makeup bag. It's TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), so it can be stored with plastic toys and other TPR toys.
As to lubes, TPR is safe to use with both silicone and water-based lubes. If you're going to share your TPR toy, though, you'll want to use a condom on it as it is porous. I think that it would work okay with a regular condom - the head of the vibrator's pretty blunt and large, not tapered - but condoms are fairly elastic and should stretch to fit it. (I remember seeing a guy put his entire hand/arm in one during the freshman-class wide "safe sex" assembly, and this toy is definitely smaller than that.)
The toy comes in a cheap-looking plastic box. It has hearts all over it, and it's pretty cute, but it's not really meant for storage. It's definitely a gift-able box, but it will be darn obvious that it's a vibrator. There were a few instructions - which batteries to use in it, features, etc, but not anything super in-depth. The packaging kind of "squeezes" the toy. It comes out with indentations and markings from where the packaging was pressed against it. When I actually look at mine now (about three weeks after getting it), it still has the indentations and markings.
I told myself that I should use this for at least a week before I wrote the review on it. After the first time, I had to force myself to use it, honestly. It's a decent vibrator, but I prefer others for everyday use. It's pretty big for me, and the large size means that all I can really do with it is hold it on my clit and labia. I can't really move it around without having to work at it or get into semi-awkward positions. This is going to be a toy that I only bring out if I have to.
Awkward
Bulky
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it3 months after original review
Well, this is still not a toy I really enjoy using. Oh, who am I kidding? I do not like this. I made myself use it in the shower last night just to make sure, but I definitely do not appreciate this one (minus that it's cute and waterproof). The head is far too big, and the vibrations aren't pinpoint enough for me. I just can't seem to get rid of it.

Good job on your first review, very useful info! I like how you explained why its design is better for clitoral stimulation. I also like that you mentioned how loud it is.
