If you want an inexpensive toy for clitoral stimulation and water play that isn't earth-shatteringly strong, this could be the toy for you. If you need strong vibrations, you'll probably want to look elsewhere.

Pros
Waterproof, adjustable speeds, discreet, firm material, inexpensive
Cons
Low intensity, inconsistency
Sleek, elegant, and discreet, Bcute and I have some fond memories together. It is perfect for beginners and silent enough for those who live with others (whether a thin-walled apartment or dormitory), it's a great starter toy and inexpensive enough to give out as a novelty gift. The firm silicone head is particularly pleasant for those who enjoy applying slightly more pressure, and (while the vibration continues through the whole of the shaft, making this vibrator surprisingly multi-use) it does not numb your hands like similar toys with less centralized vibration action. The base twists to start the toy up and increase the vibration power. This is a nice functional feature as it's easy to maneuver in the heat of the moment, and you rarely get accidental power-downs.
The major downfall of the Bcute is vibration intensity and consistency. The Bcute is at max 2 vrooms. That may be enough for those susceptible to lighter stimulation coupled with the firm pressure, and it may be nice for those who are less sensitive. Still, if you've never gotten to the big "O" before, this is not the toy to get you there. Also, over time, the vibrations get less consistent to the point where, with some uses, it can feel like the batteries are dying even at the top level of power and with brand new batteries in place.
Even taking the negatives of the product into account, the benefits of the Bcute and the relatively low cost are enough to make it a worthwhile buy. If intensity is not an issue for you, it can be a real standout in your collection of clitoral vibrators for its discretion and fun waterproof functions. Although, given its short length and slim design, it will probably not be of much use for internal use or anal play.

Follow-up commentary

This toy and I just rocketed past our first anniversary, but the Bcute itself isn't rocketing so much anymore. The vibrations seem buzzier and less powerful than they were in year one, and no matter how often I change the batteries, this toy just isn't getting me there. I want more - so much more. While Bcute was an enjoyable first toy for me, I think it's high time to move on to bigger, less buzzy, and better.
It was fun time Bcute, but I think you'll be leaving my toy box all too soon!
