Nocturnal Emissions? Not so much for me.
I find this toy to be a bit uncomfortable during use. I thought that the girth (larger than my other toys) would make me feel more sensation, but this was not the case. Perhaps it just filled me a bit too much to really feel everything. I wouldn't recommend this to a beginner, but if you like girth, this might be a good choice. Not the greatest rabbit style vibrator, but it will get you to orgasm. I'll use it again, but not often.

Pros
Waterproof, storage case, lots of patterns.
Cons
Tip feels pointy, too much girth for a beginner.
The tin/case this toy comes in is fantastic for storage. It nestles the toy nicely and has a viewing window so you can easily see which toy is inside. The case makes this great for gift-giving but it isn't discreet, so be aware of that if you're giving this to someone a bit shy. I think the storage case is the best thing about this toy.
Perhaps I had my hopes up a bit high, but I was disappointed with this toy. I find this toy uncomfortable to insert due to the shape of the tip. The tip is curved, there are no sharp edges, but it felt pointy. I also experienced some discomfort due to the girth. I need to use quite a bit of lube with this toy. Once I got this toy inside me, I did not find it as stimulating as my other rabbit style vibrators. Maybe it is just too thick for my body. The tip felt like it was poking rather than massaging my g-spot. The rotating disks didn't really give me very much sensation. I think that if the disks protruded out more during their rotation I would have liked it more. The clit vibe was nice, though I would have preferred if it offered a tri-point stimulation for my lips also. The bullet vibe is fairly strong and is very flexible at the base so you can easily move it to hit the right spot.
I like that there is a lot of variety in the controls, but this is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, there are plenty of patterns, but on the other, there are so many it may be hard to find the one that really gets you off. Due to the large amounts of patterns, you have to cycle through quite a bit to find which one gets you going. If there was a shuffle button to do it for you, I think that would be a good upgrade. I found that playing with the buttons decreased my arousal because I was more focused on finding the right pattern, or just seeing what came next, than truly experiencing the sensations. Regardless, the buttons are easy to use. There are separate controls for the bullet and the shaft rotation.
I use this toy when I have plenty of time and nowhere to go. The Dream Maker Nocturnal Emission takes a lot longer to get me off than my tried and true Decadent Indulgence 3. I do orgasm with this toy, but they tend to be shallow. I'll have a little build up and a couple little orgasms, but nothing special. This vibrator gets the job done, but it takes a while and it's definitely not one of my favorites.

Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
The Dream Maker Nocturnal Emission has found a place at the bottom of my toy pile. It just doesn't work for me. Its tip just feels too "pokey", and the swirling disks don't really carry for me. I just don't feel the sensations I thought I would have.
