Here lies the fundamental question you have to consider when looking into purchasing the Ina. If it fits you, you'll be sure to love her. She's a great toy. Simple as that. Well made, gorgeous, strong, rechargeable, many settings, a lock feature, classy packaging, and storage options. If it doesn't fit you, it'll still be kind of great, just not very useful as an insertable. And what's the point of spending like $150 on a dual stimulation insertable toy that you can't insert?

Pros
High quality, smooth, gorgeous, strong, variable, rechargeable, discreet, classy.
The LELO Ina is best suited for individual and perhaps even partner use. Although she functions best as an internal/dual vibrator, she can also be used to massage other parts of the body, and can be turned in such a way to offer multi-point stimulation, direct single-point stimulate, or broad general stimulation to a given area.
It's fairly quiet; quiet enough to be suitable for use in a dorm or apartment.
Like all LELO toys, Ina is made out high quality, medical grade silicone and abs plastic. She has very little smell and taste. The texture of her insertable end is completely smooth and silky and has no seems. She's probably one of the, if not the prettiest dual/rabbit style vibrator on the market.
The only caveat I see to her material/texture/build is that my Ina's small arm, intended for clitoral use, was incredibly firm and inflexible and did not fit my anatomy at all. Once I managed to get it in place, I tended to feel like I was about to break the thing off. It would soon move out of position unless I held it there the whole time and didn't move the toy in any fashion. However, I did see one of these in a store recently, and when I picked it up and handled it, it had a much more flexible arm. I do not know if they made a change between newer ones and older ones, because I got mine shortly after it first came out. Or if it's simply luck of the draw as to how flexible your little arm will be.
I loved the size of this toy. It was about as big as I'd go, personally, but I tend to prefer smaller toys anyway. It's larger insertable arm is a bit longer than the Liv, and much thicker at the end than the Liv. The vibrator itself is extremely curvy and aesthetically appealing.
The handle is much larger and easier to grab onto and handle than the handle portions of the LELO Liv and Gigi. I never had a problem with the handles of either toy, but if that is a concern, both the Ina and Mona feature more substantial and spacious handle ends.
As previously mentioned, the only fault I found with the design of mine was that the small clit clamp, as I came to call it, was improbably inflexible and generally uncomfortable and inconvenient to use.
The toy has several vibration intensities and vibration patterns controlled by the four buttons located on the white abs plastic handle. Unlike previous LELOs that hand a single round button that controls each function, the Ina's +/- buttons are all separate, though technically in the same general location (pattern up is the top-most button, pattern down is the bottom-most, vibration intensity up is on the right, vibration intensity down is on the left).
The toy is not waterproof, so do not submerge it or use it in the bath or shower. Be extremely careful not to get water into any of the buttons.
Care for the Ina is pretty simple and straight forward. Like most of the rest of the non-insignia line LELOs, it is not waterproof and the insertable end should be carefully washed with soap and warm water, or wiped down with a toy cleaner. Submerging or boiling the toy is not at all required and will damage the toy.
The insertable end of Ina is made out of silicone, so use with a silicone based lube is not recommended. If you must use it with a silicone based lube for whatever reason, check to see if the lube says it's safe to use with other silicone based products, and do a small spot test to make sure the lube doesn't do any harm to the surface of the toy.
Again, like most of the LELO toys, the packaging easily serves as storage for the Ina. She comes in a sleek black box like the rest of them, and comes with a little silk pouch for an alternative storage option, all making her quite discreet.
Pretty pretty pretty; LELOs packaging is second to none. First you open a classy cardboard box that has a picture of the toy on one side. The rest of the box is the color of the insertable end of the selected toy, in my case, bright lime green. The color matching is basically perfect, so you don't have to be too worried that the toy won't match the box if you're unable to check the color of the toy first, or don't want to open the box in the event you're giving it to someone.
Instructions on use and maintenance are in the box, as well as information on the two warranties provided by the manufacturer. There's an additional booklet that features brief information and pictures of other LELO toys, that seem to flirt with you, teasing you into picking out a new LELO pleasure object to lust after. Feed the addiction! An addiction it might be, but it's never let me down so far, so I'm going with it.
The packaging, aesthetic appeal of the design, and general high quality nature of this toy makes it great as a gift. Not a bachelorette party gag gift, mind you. This is not a "I got you a vibrator, it's sexual, isn't that funny and outrageous" type gift. LELOs are "you are going to love this toy and want to use it multiple times a week" type of gifts.
My only bit of advice to anyone before purchasing this item would be to try your best to closely examine the toy physically or in-real life before purchasing. See how flexible the arm is, keep your anatomy in mind, and make a decision based on whether it really seems like it will fit you. It's an expensive toy, and if you don't think the second arm will fit you quite right, LELO's Mona is essentially the main arm of the Ina without the smaller arm for clitoral use. The Mona has the same size and shape, vibration intensity levels and vibration patterns, materials, handle, packaging, warranties, etc, just without the controversial arm. Downside being Mona doesn't come in the lime green or orange. *sadface*
I had a pretty disappointing experience with this toy. I know sharing toys isn't exactly highly recommended, but I did end up giving this to a friend who it fit much better, after I cleaned it pretty thoroughly, of course. The fit of the small arm truly just did not work for me. I really don't know if it means I have an out of the ordinary clitoris or what, but it just didn't fit, never stayed put, and almost never got me off like that. I was really saddened by the whole thing, because even though the arm made it uncomfortable, I could still tell that the larger arm had an extremely comfortable design and that the toy is of exceptional quality.
I don't want to discourage anyone from buying this toy, because it really is a great product. Just do your best to try and figure out beforehand whether you think it will work for your anatomy. I know that doesn't help much, as I myself am not really sure how I'd go about doing it, but familiarity with your body and handling the toy in person before purchasing would still probably help.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it2 months after original review
So, as I mentioned, I gave this toy away. The friend loves it. It's a nice toy, but not for everyone. I've seen them in the store over and over, and sometimes I go over and play with them. It's been quite a while since I had mine, and honestly, the small arm on the newer ones really does seem like it might be more flexible than the one I had. However, I'm not risking it. Not for me, never will be. The shape of the main arm is great though, so I can still highly recommend Mona.
All in all, I wish they had an option for continued ambivalence. I have some strong feelings about this toy in both directions. It's really pretty, really well made, all of that lovely stuff. Strong, sturdy, everything I've gone over. It just was gosh darn miserable for me. If you feel like her shape is for you, go for it. If you're unsure, be careful.
