The Dream Massager G is a strong vibe that can be used as both a clitoral and G-spot stimulator. I found the dial base to be a simple, easy design but was concerned I would twist it while it was in use. The dial stays where it should be and is easy to turn off when needed. The pointed end of the Dream is a little too pointy for my taste; it is something to work up to. When first used, I found that it felt almost uncomfortable until you get used to handling this toy.

The controls are easy to use and are all located in the dial base. With a simple twist, it turns on and off and is marked accordingly. As you twist, the vibrations get steadily stronger. It does not have patterns but just a stronger, continuous vibration. I was surprised that the noise did not increase along with the increased vibration. As the last setting is quite strong, I expected it to be much louder. I enjoy a toy that has more oomph to its vibration strength rather than a multitude of patterns.

My first use of this toy was actually in the shower as it is waterproof, and it held up great. There was no water in the crease of the dial base and was easy to use while in water. The toy did not become slippery and I didn't struggle to turn it off when I was done.

This toy did not come with anything to store it in, just a plastic packaging, so I store it in a pouch that I purchased separately. It is easy to clean with warm water and soap. This is a waterproof item and I find that waterproof items are the easiest to clean and keep up. It is made of hypo-allergenic plastic and can be used with lubricants. A water based lubricant or silicone based lubricant can be used and you'll find that either are easy to clean off this toy.

This toy is packaged in a standard plastic bag with lettering on it. It is a clear, see through bag that would not be used for regular storing as I am sure it would tear easily. There were not detailed instructions included, but I do not believe many instructions to be needed. There is a small sticker on the inside of the toy showing how to insert the AA batteries.
