Needs more Billow...
If it is properly accessorized you will really enjoy the look of this dress. Make sure you add a corset and other accessories to complete the look. It is somewhat sheer, undergarments can clearly be seen through the fabric, there are ways around it but if you are worried about this I suggest you go with the black version.

Pros
form fitting, accentuates curves, decently priced.
Cons
Billow top is tight, sheer, can show all the bumps nooks and crannies you don't want to show
Use: The billow top dress is actually pretty versatile. Some contributors have posted concern with its length, either how it is too short and what not. However, this mini dress has got lots of stretch and can actually fit longer or shorter depending on your mood or the style you are trying to go for.
This dress can be worn on it's own with a pair of sheer beige nylon. You could also pair it up with a pair of black faux leather tights or even some dark blue skinny jeans (or light blue if you choose the black version). It can be worn as a dress or as a long shirt (tunic style), wear it the way you like it!
Material/Care and Maintenance: The dress is made of 93% polyester and 3% elastan. The fabric is soft, reminiscent of many of the lingerie gowns I own. Stains tend to come out easily of polyester so I wasn’t too worried about getting the white dress.
The fabric is very stretchy, it doesn’t have much elastan but the bit it does have provides a nice comfortable stretch.
The washing instructions are to wash the item separately (doesn’t say what cycle but I pretty much always wash my treasured delicate fabrics in gentle) and to drip dry. The instructions also state not to bleach the product, but I think no issues can come out of bleaching a small stain on a white dress if it ever is needed..
Dimensions My measurements are:
Cup: Full C Bust: 36 Waist:27 Hip:36
Espirals measurements for the medium sized dress is:
Bust: 36 Waist:27 Hip:36
The medium is the perfect size, and it worked very well for me, apart for the billow top.
Design The way this dress is designed, it is supposed to be loose-fitting around the bust and tighter around the waist and hips. The dress is quite form fitting around the wast and hips…but also at the bust.
It’s a little too much on the clingy side. I am not boney, I have a small tummy bulge (that is melting away quite quickly thanks to my trainer) and I am sure most women have a tummy bump, no matter their weight, it’s just the way we’re made I suppose. Well, this dress just makes that bump so much more apparent then it has to be. Perhaps the black version is more forgiving as black tends to be, but the white just shows it all, unfortunately.
However, I like to accessorize, and one of my favorite “hide the bump” tools is…a black corset vest! Wearing a black vest with black sheer nylon, black knee high beets, paired with long hangy black jeweled earings, you’ve got yourself a pretty freakin sexy outfit.
The fabric covering the shoulders can be undone on both sides by a zipper. The funny/weird thing about the zipper is that it reflects rainbow colors as it is covered with a sticker of sorts similar to shiny multicolored foil wrapping paper. Personally, I found this made the dress very tacky and cheap looking. Having long hair permits me to hide the zippers of sorts but the design of this dress would be much better if they were not there at all.
As mentioned above, the bust area is not loose fitting at all. It is actually pretty fitted, you need to unzip the shoulder parts in order to make it more loose fitting. Unzipping the shoulder straps is sort of tricky because it doesn’t look that nice. The best way to make it look good is to unzip one shoulder only, and you must unzip about 2/3 of the way. Otherwise it looks tacky and cheap.
If one wanted too, one could stretch out the dress so that it fits longer on the body, however, the rouched sides of the dress create pleats in the fabric which is part of the design, so if you stretch it out too much, it sort of looks odd.

Experience
I have worn it mostly for personal purposes rather than for going out.
M feels it is too sexy to wear out in public, even with a pair of leggings, or jeggings, Ha! I probably wouldn't wear it without any leggings while out in public. It is rather see through, or sheer. We can see undergarments quite easily.
Wearing a black tank top beneath it can hide the bra, but to hide the underwear you must wear leggings.
It is really hot on but I wish the top portion would be loose fitting. It is very flattering when worn with a corset but on its own it just seems like something is missing. I hope to wear it out to a club, but for now M prefers that I keep it for our intimate moments alone rather than for all eyes to see.

Thanks for the warning about the whit being sheer. I'm debating between the black and the white.
