The Entice from California Exotics are weighted kegel exercisers designed to be inserted vaginally to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. The weighted balls provide resistance to help train the muscles in the pelvic floor. This set is larger than other sets I have tried and I don't have to continually squeeze my PC muscles to prevent them from falling out. There's a retrieval cord on this set which helps you take them out easily.

Kegel exercises are especially helpful for those suffering with urinary incontinence because stronger PC muscles means less likelihood of leaks. They are also beneficial for those with pelvic floor weakness and uterine prolapse. For strengthening purposes, it is best to use these daily and when performed regularly women may notice longer, stronger, and more frequent vaginal orgasms.

The Entice is easy to insert and can be worn anywhere without anyone knowing you have them inserted. Although the inner balls move about while in use, they cannot be heard. These can be used during foreplay, masturbation, or worn all day while doing day to day activities.

Do not attempt to insert these anally because they are not designed for that use.

Entice is made out of silicone and plastic which rates a ten and eight respectively on the Eden safety scale. The materials are considered latex free, phthalate free, hypoallergenic, and non porous. The silicone is silky and duller in color with slightly raised texture to it. It has a slight seam that runs the length of the Entise. The texture and seam are not noticeable when inserted so those who are texture sensitive should not have any issues with this. The plastic is smooth and shiny in color. The overall product is firm, but the retrieval cord and the middle are stretchy.

It does not have any overwhelming smell to it at all.

The Entice looks like two balls with a small area separating the two in the middle. Inside each larger ball is a weighted ball that does rattle around when shaken, but cannot be heard while inserted. One ball has a cord attached to the end for easy retrieval. The design may not be suited for those who prefer smaller insertables. They were easy to insert, but are larger than others on the market.

The balls measure 4 3/4" around and disregarding the retrieval cord are 4" long from tip to tip. The balls are separated by a 1/2" space. The looped retrieval cord measures 4 1/2" long.

The size is still small enough to carry in a pocket, purse, or bag if you wish to travel with them. They did not come with a storage bag so you will have to provide something to place them in.

To use, insert the beads into the vagina with the ball with the retrieval string facing out. Insertion is easier and more comfortable with a little bit of lube.

Unlike smaller vaginal exercisers, you do not have to consciously remember to squeeze your kegel muscles all day to keep them in place. They do not slide out if you forget to squeeze your kegel muscles. The weights roll around inside the larger balls and provide resistance to improve your muscle tone. They are great for those who do not mind having larger insertables and those who cannot keep smaller vaginal exercisers from slipping out. They can be worn for any amount of time without causing any discomfot.

To remove, just gently pull on the retrieval cord and they will come out easily. They do not rattle or make any sounds while moving about.

It is best to clean these before and after every use. To clean, use anti-bacterial soap and warm water and then pat try with a lint free cloth or towel. You may also use your favorite toy cleaner or wipe.

Water-based lubricants are the best bet with these. Using silicone-based lubricants with this product could make the beads tacky.

It is best to store these in a clean dry place away from other silicone materials.

The packaging was a regular cardboard box with pictures and information regarding the product on the front, back, and sides. The box is too large to be used as a storage option.

They didn't produce any special sensation or increase my sensitivity while worn.

These are great to use regardless of ones vaginal strength because they do not continuously slip out when inserted. They are an inexpensive option to choose to strengthen the kegel muscles.

I really like that I can wear these all day without anyone knowing I have them inserted.
