My panties say no to a panty pal..
All in all this toy was not exciting. It was extremely disappointing, hard to clean, quiet but had weak vibrations. It's small-ish, push button, fits in your hand, one steady vibration mode, discreet only because of the giant star. Jelly, so it attracts everything to it from animal hair to dust.
So, with that I just can't condone recommending this to anyone. You would have to be so sensitive to feel this and I am pretty sensitive as it is. I wish I had something good to say about it.

Pros
Discreet. Quiet. Comes with 4 batteries. Purple color is nice. NOT disposable.
Cons
Design. Weak vibrations. Drains batteries. Not waterproof. Magnet residue. Jelly sleeve. Expensive.
This toy was my first toy and my biggest disappointment in the world of sex toys. When I first got it I was excited and ready to try it out. But, aside from it's super cheap price, there's nothing all that good about it. Maybe how soft the sleeve over the bullet? Or how impossibly quiet it is? All in all I have to say a big sorry to the manufacturers, because they seriously need to rethink this one. I can't imagine anyone getting much out of it, if anything at all. I hope my review helps some of you with deciding on whether or not you even want a vibrator that goes in your underwear.

It has a soft, squishy push button to turn it on and has one steady vibration mode. It has a jelly sleeve and the bullet is plastic. It comes with four watch batteries but only uses two at a time. When you unscrew the top to put in the batteries there is a plastic 'sheet' inside with a diagram of the batteries and how they go in. The sheet tells you not to get rid of it. With this firm and hard plastic sheet inside the bullet you can click it on and off. With the sheet removed it stays on and wont click off. It magnetically clicks onto your underwear, the bullet on the inside and pressing against your clitoris while the star clicks on the outside of your underwear.
When opening the non-discreet box you get this bulky sort of plastic star thing that's magnetically attached to the bullet... The magnet proved one of the biggest problems for me. It's bulky and in the way, the star is rather large and if you're wearing anything tight you could get an outline. And the magnet does this weird thing after a while where there's this silvery powder residue that you have to wipe off from around all the plastic.
Now onto the actual use of the toy. Getting it to fit right between your labia majora and labia minora is almost impossible, at least for me it was. And then to get it to apply enough pressure against your clitoris is truly impossible. The vibrations are so weak that even digging it in against my clitoris to a painful extent didn't work. You can feel the weak vibrations in your fingers more than your clitoris.
It's not waterproof, so, cleaning this tiny thing is an endeavor in and of itself. First, you have to remove the star from the bullet, clean that off and then set it aside. Now, you have to get the jelly sleeve off and that's a task. The jelly is probably the easiest thing to clean. You have to wash the bullet, make sure you don't just stick it under the faucet! Use a lightly damp cloth and wipe it off or use a toy cleaner otherwise you're going to want to kill yourself with the tiny bullet after you've given it water damage.

Experience
The device did not help me get to my big O. Not even CLOSE to it, actually. I was left more frustrated than before and ended up resorting to my hand. It is quiet though, probably from the weakness of it I assume. My clitoris felt no vibrations, no matter the pressure I applied. It's bulky and awkward.
Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
This vibe still has no sway on me. I'm really put off trying it again, as I have found way better vibrators since this disappointment. And just as I thought, it cannot hold a candle to anything I have tried since. It still lacks power, even with brand new batteries. I'm trying to think of ways to recycle this thing, as I don't want to just toss it out. I'm a Green Freak, if you will.
