I have taken a nap with the Glass Ben Wa Balls inserted. Since they are made of glass, I was not worried to keep them inside for long period of time. The interesting part of this is that I had a very sensual dream, if not erotic. I cannot help but correlate this pleasant dream with wearing the glass balls. They may not have that special vibration effect from a smaller ball within, but they have their subtle advantages. I know I would not have been comfortable sleeping with a larger set of vaginal balls.

I don't use the Ben Wa balls as often as I wish, but I try to put them on when I do the dishes or do some chores in the apartment. Makes it more fun. My muscles have noticeably improved, I do not have to concentrate really hard to contract my muscles and I have no more tiny leaks when I sneeze. Yes, that was the reason why I started to do my Kegels. And I am quite satisfied with the results.

Of course, the other reason I want to do the Kegels is that I want to be as skillful as the geisha of old and be able to make a man cum with the sole power of those muscles. It's quite a good motivation factor. If not, I can keep dreaming.
