My boobs, they jingle jangle jingle!
These clamps are great just because they're comfortable--the addition of the cute bells and the aural/visual appeal just makes them even better.

Pros
These look great, sound good, and fit comfortably without falling off.
Cons
This particular style only comes in pink (but other styles/colors are available).
These are the best nipple clamps|Fresh pink bell nipple clamps I've ever owned. Not only are the clamps comfortable (if you want them to be), but the addition of the bells makes them aurally as well as visually pleasing. By which I mean my boobs jingle.
The clamps are metal with rubber tips. At first glance, the bells look fairly thin, and I thought they might bend easily, but I couldn't distort them with my fingers, nor could M distort them with his, so they're tougher than they appear. Although the clamps are mostly metal, I wouldn't boil them for cleaning because of the tips—if they need to be cleaned, soap and water should do the trick. Just make sure they get dried properly!
The most important part of nipple clamps is the clamping part, and these ones are great. Not only are the tips cushioned with rubber, but they're actually curved slightly. I definitely prefer this style over straight-tipped clamps—-they feel more comfortable, and latch more securely without falling off.
The curved tips lend themselves to a pressure so gentle it's hardly noticeable. But no worries for those who like more pain with their clamps—-the metal slider has a wide range of sensation, from the aforementioned “Seriously, they're actually on?” to “Please, let me take them off” to quiet sobbing in the corner. (No, I didn't make it all the way to quiet sobbing in the corner—-I got to “Please let me take them off”, which for me is putting the slider about two-thirds of the way up the clamp, and just assumed that quiet sobbing was what was going to come next if we continued.)
And the bells! The bells don't make a sound when you're sitting still (as I am now), but as soon as you get up and start moving around, the bells start jingling. The bells vary from just swinging back and forth with slow movement to jumping about with quicker movement. It was during jumping about with the clamps on when I first got them that we found out that the hook attaching the bell to the clamp was a little loose—one of the bells went flying mid-jump. If this happens to you, no worries—it's easily fixed with a quick pinch either with pliers or fingers. This was actually the only problem we had with these clamps, which is great because it's one that's easily fixed. We didn't find that the bells or the beads got in the way at any time during our play.
My only criticism with these clamps is purely personal preference—I would dearly love to have these in black, and I'm sure there's other people with an equally strong craving for them in purple or blue or some other color I'd never considered (salmon?). But all in all, that's an inconsequential concern for a great set of clamps.

Experience
M has been using these clamps on me when he's set me to a task which involves me staying in one place without moving—he knows as soon as he hears the bells that I'm either done or disobeying. As long as the doors are open between the rooms, he can hear me in the next room when he's got the TV on, and with the TV off, he can hear me throughout the apartment (but it is a very small apartment).
He also puts them on me just to keep track of where I am and where I'm going—gone are the days of sneaking up behind him, unfortunately!
Needless to say, these clamps have been a great addition to our relationship.
