This is my first set of ben wa balls, which I had been hearing about for years and finally bought on a whim. I originally bought them purely for the "health" benefit - strengthening the PC muscles. When I tried them out, well, they felt pretty exciting. The low rattling vibrations were unlike anything I had felt down there, and I had a lot of fun using these with my partner. I kept them inside me during vaginal and anal intercourse and it made every little thrust and twist that much more pleasurable. They feel just as good to insert as they do to take out. These guys definitely bring a smile to my face now.

Since that first time, I've mostly used them during sex, as I have come to associate them with particularly good sensations. However, I'm getting accustomed to being able to wear them in polite company without convulsing into orgasm. (Wearing them at the gym is a whole different story.) These balls are well-crafted, comfortable to wear, and I feel assured that the string isn't going to detach anytime soon. I can't speak to any tangible benefits to my PC muscles, but I can say that I feel them working to keep them in place as I go about my day.

The elastomed coating gives the smart balls a velvety texture and makes them easy to insert and clean. I haven't found the need for lubricant before inserting. I've found that the grooves around the balls need particular attention when cleaning, but it's not a big deal. I also love how portable they are. I can throw them in my purse or bag when traveling or if I want to take them out partway through the day.

As others have mentioned, these balls are NOT intended for anal use, as tempting as it might be. There isn't enough of a flared base for me to feel comfortable inserting them anally.
