Ben Wa balls are little weighted balls, which are used to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Strong pelvic floor muscles result in increased sexual pleasure (as in heighten arousal and increase sensation), to treat mild urinary incontinence, and if pregnant women use these giving birth is easier as well as recovery. Stronger muscles make it easier to orgasm or even squirt, and strengthen the intensity of orgasms. This set of balls is meant for a tighter woman, as in someone who has either yet to have children or is just naturally tighter; trust me these are the smallest I have ever come across.

It's easiest to insert these lying down. The vaginal muscles will flex and contract to hold them inside. Standing up and walking around forces the muscles to work hard against gravity. I wear them going about my day, heck I'm wearing them right now as I type this at a desk at a very competitive university waiting for my class to begin and I've been wearing them for several hours now.

There is no way for these to get stuck up a vagina, the vagina has an ending. You can either squat them out or lie on a bed and take them out with a finger.

Also, do not wear these when using a restroom that flushes itself. One of mine is gone now. I'm so sad.
