Lelo has recently launched a second generation of Mia, the clitoral vibrator that many users loved, but wished had a little bit more power. Mia 2 is best suited for clitoral stimulation, but can be used to massage other erogenous zones that enjoy vibration. It is NOT suited for anal use so please do not use it that way. It can be used solo or with a partner running the vibrator over your sensitive areas. It is completely waterproof so you can take it in whatever water setting you wish.

The Mia 2 is made out of ABS plastic with a little bit of silicone at the control panel. ABS plastic is rated an 8 on the Eden safety scale and is considered latex free, phthalate free, hypoallergenic, and non porous. The overall feel of Mia 2 is hard plastic and has no give to it whatsoever. It is completely smooth and has no texture to it at all besides the raised + and - button of the controls. It is best suited for those who prefer smooth, hard toys in their clitoral vibes versus those that are softer.

It does not have any overwhelming smell to it at all.

Mia 2 comes in three color options black, pink, and rose. I have the black and it is a sleek looking black with a glossy finish to it with a silver ring around the the vibrator for decorative purposes. It is very similar in size and design as lipstick vibrators.

It has an overall length of 4 1/2" and 3" around. The top is curved where the bottom is curved and rounded with an indentation about thumb size where LELO is written in white on the vibrator.

Due to its small size, Mia 2 can travel very easily with you in a small purse, pocket, or bag.

Mia 2 charges using a USB port so you will need a laptop, computer, or something that has a USB port on it to charge Mia up. It takes around two hours to fully charge and should last a few hours of play depending on what setting you are using. One thing to consider though, is it will not give you any warning that it is about to shut off. I had this happen to me while playing with it and was taken by surprise.



It has two button controls a + and a -. These push button controls are very easy to use; all you need to do is press the + button to turn it on and increase the vibration intensity. Hold the + button for a few seconds to change to the five pulsation modes. Once in pulsation mode, press + to go to the next cycle and press - to go to the previous cycle. Hold the - button down to turn it off.

The pulsation modes are as follows:
1: pulse-pulse-pulse
2: fast pulse
3: roller coaster from low to high
4: wave from low to high and then back
5: pulses, waves

The vibrations are medium intensity rumbly vibrations that are located throughout the length of the toy. The vibrations are virtually silent so you do not have to worry about others hearing you play with this toy.

It is completely waterproof and does have a black seal underneath the cap to prevent water from seeping in. When playing in the water, I did not have any issues with water seeping in or diminished vibration intensity. Just make sure the cap is on securely before playing in the water.

It is best to clean your toys before and after every use. You can wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap, toy wipes, or toy cleaner. It is best to use water based lubricant with this. It does come with a storage bag, so it would be best to store it in the enclosed storage bag. If you're not storing it in the bag, make sure not to store it in direct sunlight.

This came in a black box that matched the color of the toy. Enclosed was a user manual with warranty information, registration card, sample packet of lubricant, and a storage bag.

Mia 2 surprised me performance wise. It is not as strong as Mimi or Uma, but surprisingly I was able to achieve climax with it. I don't know if the plastic carried the vibrations differently than the silicone does on the Je Joue products, but I am please with the Mia 2. I wish it did have even more power because it is still not up to par with Je Joue or Jopen, but one can't complain about something that gives them an orgasm.
