The beads have a groove in them, into which a silicone girdle can slide firmly into place, locking two beads together so you can use them both at once. Since it is easily removeable (using two hands) you can take it off to quickly switch beads, and go from one bead to two or two to one.

They are a reasonable size- large enough to be felt but not uncomfortable in the slightest, and there is a weighted ball within each of them which moves around, a very stimulating feeling.

I love my Lelo Luna Beads. After trying Doc Johnson's Ben Wa balls I had nearly given up on kegel exercisers, but I decided to give these ones a try and love them so much, I may end up testing what else is out there! I have been exercising my vagina and loving it like never before!

When I first bought my Luna Beads, I spent a long time looking at the box, checking out how nicely everything fit in there for storage and checking out all the cool parts- two sets of beads, girdle fastener, and of course the instruction booklet. They made everything crystal clear about how to use the toy and what could be done with it- how to clean, etc. Before even using them (or attempting to) I knew exactly what would work and what wouldn't. I.e. do not just insert the balls without their cord, and don't use two without the girdle.

I first tried out the pink set of beads, which are the lighter of the two, and used just one at first. It was definitely nice and I could feel the stimulation of its movements, but I wanted more.
