I only had one legal ball, so I decided to get these kegal balls and I’m so glad I did. I love that you can change the weights out and work your way up the the heavier balls. I tried out the one ball kegal first and it was great. Easy to insert, and there is a pointed tip on the kegal with one ball insert. I left it in for a few hours and I didn’t struggle to keep it in at all, so I switched it out for the kegal with two balls and I put the heaviest ones in and left it in for a few hours. After about an hour I was slightly sore (like when you work your muscles a lot, but not overworking them) and I left it and the soreness went away about 10-20 mins after and I had no issues or tensing after that. This will definitely be a better kegal exercise than my other kegal balls.
