When I first wanted to start doing kegel exercises I was looking into getting a set with different weights, so naturally I chose the brand I thought would best fit me, being Lelo. I was hesitant at first to see any real results with never having used any form of kegel balls before. I enjoy Lelo products because you can trust that they are safe on your body.

Since they are kegel balls they don't vibrate or make any noise really. The only noise you can really hear is if you shake them in your hand. They are made out of seamless plastic so they won't hurt your lady parts. Cleaning is very simple, I always use anti-bacterial toy cleaner. Or you can use non-scent soap that doesn't have any dyes or perfumes in it so not to cause any irritation to your skin, and hot water.

I wouldn't recommend using any type of kegel balls for anything but your vagina, since that's what they are made for. The luna bead set is perfect for exercise and to tone those vagina muscles. Some people could probably use them for pleasure but I never have. I would only recommend this toy for women, definitely not for men. The part I enjoy the most is the retrieval cord, I sometimes feel like the balls would forever get lost inside me with out that cord, even though I know that's not true it's still a comfort factor for me. After doing exercises for awhile it can be a little difficult to try and get the balls out so that retrieval cord is handy! My other favorite part about this toy is interchangeable straps so you can have just one ball in at a time or both. Also you can mix and match the sets to your desired type of exercise.
