Pros
Great for kegel exercises, stimulating vibrations, easy to clean.
Cons
May be difficult for some to insert.
I'm a firm believer that a good vaginal exerciser is a very important toy to own for anyone with a vagina. Like with any muscle, exercise helps to maintain and build strength. With the pelvic floor muscles in the vagina, stronger muscles can mean, among other things, more powerful orgasms. That being said, I was excited to try a new vaginal exerciser.
The K-Balls are made of silicone, are connected by silicone, and have a silicone retrieval cord, so hygienically speaking, they're of high quality. Cleaning of these is also simple--they're non-porous and can be washed with a mild soap and water. Inside the silicone shell there are weighted balls, one in each side. Movement causes the balls to vibrate, stimulating the PC muscles.
Insertion of the K-Balls can be a bit difficult. I find it's easiest if you apply some lubricant (water-based only) first, as the firmness of the material and the lack of taper makes these more difficult than, for instance, most dildos of this diameter would be.
Once inserted, the possibilities are endless. Need to go to the grocery? Your errand just became more exciting. Need tome motivation to jump on the treadmill? Or how about some entertainment in your business meetings? Tapping your foot works wonders. The light vibrations are arousing, to say the least. This toy probably won't be your main course, but it makes for a nice appetizer.
The one challenging part of these balls is that the bottom ball tends to slip out when you first start using them, which can be a little painful. As your muscles get stronger though, you can use them to push the balls back in when they're starting to slip, which can also be a good measure of your progress in strengthening your muscles.
Overall I think this is a pretty good product from Ophoria, worthy of four stars. While I wish the internal balls were a bit heavier, I still know that this exerciser will get plenty of use.

Experience
This is my second set of vaginal balls; I also own Smart Balls. Based on the dimensions and descriptions, I thought that my experience with the K-Balls would be essentially the same as with Smart Balls. Looking at them side-by-side, they even look like almost exactly the same product, right down to the length of the retrieval cord. There are, however, a few slight differences. While Smart Balls are made of Elastomed, K Balls are made of silicone. It's a very firm silicone that has less give than Elastomed. In my experience, this makes insertion of the K Balls a little more difficult. The K Balls are also lighter in weight than Smart Balls. You can tell this especially when they are inserted, as the vibrations caused by the K Balls are much less pronounced.

K-balls vs. Smart Balls | 7 |
Thank you for viewing Ophoria K-balls #10 ribbed – vaginal balls review page!
How long of a time have you left them in withouth them getting uncomfortable?
Most helpful, clear review, and may have provided the replacement for some underwhelming Royal Balls I've tossed.
Nice to see a silicone string too!
I used them for about two hours I think before they got uncomfortable.
tg--
I know what you mean... unfortunately though if Smart Balls were difficult for you, these will probably be the same.
Sunshine--
They are very similar, except for in weight.
I think so. I was hoping they'd be better, but they're still almost as good.
Snappy--
And a worthy addition to your list indeed.
PR--
I'm glad I could be of help. Thanks!
Is the stirng 100% silicone or is it string coated in silicone?
The string is 100% silicone.
I'll be reviewing also, soon!
