Jessica's Strobing Probe Yields No Fireworks
If toys were rated like grades in school, this would get a C. It's just average. For some, average is good enough. Where it lacks in some areas like firmness, it makes up on being waterproof. It's also gentle and hard to injure your insides if you tries, then again its soft surface likes dust and lint. The strobe effect is cute and Christmasy, but its no night at a Pink Floyd Concert. For a fun time in the bath, go for it.

Pros
It's inexpensive, cute, and mildly entertaining. It feels soothing. It's flexible.
Cons
The strobe effect is really a joke. It's a dust attractant.
Jessica's Strobing Probe was purchased because I am a giant sucker for G spot toys. The packaging was a simple clamshell design, that gave a clear view of the product and had a representation of it lit up and strobing in the background. In reality, this was an exaggerated representation. The brilliant strobing effect was a weak display of red and green flashes, that increased with the intensity of the vibration of the probe. Not much, but it was slightly entertaining if you were less than 5 years old. It reminded me of Christmas ornaments that were seen from far away through a blurry window, or traffic signals.
The probe is made of crystalessence. Crystalessence has a jelly like feel, but it is far less porous. It's a very soft, flexible PVC based material. It also attracts lint. It should be washed with soap or antibacterial toy cleanser before and after use, and stored in a plastic bag, or in cloth, no cornstarch is needed.
Jessica's Strobing Probe is a pretty shade of flamingo pink, it is just under eight inches tall and curves gracefully at its crooked neck where its soft head - an oval pad almost an inch wide is to be used as a G spot stimulator. This probe can not be used anally, it just is shaped for G spotting. It is easy to insert the probe. It's an inch and a half in diameter at its widest part. Once inserted, its easy to manipulate and stroke the G spot. There is a bullet vibrator located midway up the probe which adjusts by turning the cap on the bottom of the probe. It's not an earth shaker, it runs on two AA batteries. Insert them correctly, or it will vibrate and not strobe.
The Probing Strobe is completely waterproof. Like all waterproof toys, remove the batteries from the battery compartment to extend the life of the motor, and make sure the compartment is dry. Its a very quiet vibrator.
The Probing Strobe is also very compatible with your favorite lubes. Silicone based lubes can be used - which are especially nice for water play, oil based and water based lubes can be used. I would avoid oil based lubes, they tend to trap bacteria in the vagina, and if you were to use a condom over the toy, oil can weaken the latex.

Experience
It was soothing but not orgasmic. In Hawaii, this goes for 32.99 which I would say is a little high for a crystalessence vibe/probe. For under 30 dollars, it would be a good buy. It is well made, but too soft for my tastes. I prefer firmer G spotters, it's more the pressure on the G spot rather than the vibration that is often more effective for having a G spot orgasm. I have not used this toy on a partner, but it would not be a difficult toy to use on a partner.
Follow-up commentary

It's still moping in an organizer bag. It's a decent G spotter, it just looks like it has a self esteem problem. I am still giving it a 3. I may put it in the window at Christmas, because it looks a candy cane, and flashes red and green.

The strobing probe is not that bad.....
I get their idea...sounds like some design flaws.
