It Works As A Lube At The Very Least
This stuff is actually pretty decent at giving your vagina a little extra moisture. It's supposed to help increase your libido and blood flow, but doesn't seem to do that in the vagina so much. On the plus side it doesn't irritate, doesn't leave a film behind, and even works as a thin lube.

Pros
Sort of works as lube, Doesn't irritate, Doesn't leave a film or residue
Cons
Can't really feel increased blood flow in the vagina
In theory this spray will not only help lubricate the female anatomy, but also increase blood flow, sensations, and libido. In reality, it works pretty decently as a thin lube, but doesn't seem to do much else.
The packaging is a clamshell that's easy enough to get into. The front of the cardboard insert has a naked woman posing and claims to be a libido enhancer and a non-irritating moisturizer for intimate areas. The back has the same woman in a different pose and also tells us that it's supposed to be a skin smoothing and soothing agent, humectant to hold in moisture, and libido enhancers to increase blood flow and heighten sensitivity. Both the bottle and the back of the packaging tell you that it's a topical spray to be applied to intimate areas, but neither tells you how much you should spray. They both also list the ingredients: water, glycerin, smilax utilis root extract, zingibear offiniate (ginger) root extract, poluquaternium-10, benzethonium chloride, and fragrance. I don't know much about the ingredients listed, but Airen has a nice breakdown in her review.
The bottle itself is a nice handheld size holding 2 fluid ounces. It features a convenient spray top with a cap that keeps the top from being sprayed when you don't want it to. The bottle isn't overly tacky in design, but isn't exactly discreet either, being that it says "feminine moisturizer" right on the front. On the plus side, it'll easily tuck away just about anywhere.
It sprays out like water, but is a little bit thicker and doesn't run as fast as water would on an inclined surface. Between the fingers it does feel similar to water, but again, a little thicker. When sprayed on my arm and rubbed in, 1 spray covered my entire inner forearm and left my skin feeling soft and smooth with no film left behind. It has a light scent to it that I can't quite place, but isn't unpleasant or overwhelming in any way.
When used as a lube for sex or other play, I gave my vag a few sprays. During sex I didn't have any problems but when I was playing with toys it didn't seem to do much in the way of productive. It was a nice way to get started when I didn't feel like I had enough natural lube during sex, and if my vagina is feeling particularly dry one spray will make it feel more comfortable. On my arm I can feel increased sensations from the spray, but I really couldn't feel them on my vagina. After use I haven't felt the need to wash this away, but if you do it should come right off with a wet washcloth.

Experience
This was more of a joke purchase, but I've started to like it a lot more than I thought I would. I really wasn't thinking that a spray on named "feminine moisturizer" was going to do anything more than feel like I sprayed myself with water. I could feel the extra sensitivities on my arm when I sprayed it there, but it really doesn't seem to do anything on my vagina and that made me sad. My husband couldn't really tell a difference either.
Overall, I'm not sad I bought this. It's at the very least a good option for general vaginal dryness and not bad for getting things started if you don't have enough of your own natural lube yet.
