When I got the package in the mail, it came in a cute little box that wasn't really all that discrete about what it was. The container (the shell) that holds them over was definitely discrete though. I picked the balls up, and they were weighted a little bit, they seemed to me as though they were slightly unevenly weighted. The outer part of the balls are a white smooth hygienically safe plastic (ABS Plastic), and they looked as though they were possibly glued together (no rough edges though!). They're also Phthalate free as well as hypoallergenic. The balls themselves are 3/4" in diameter, It had a decently good amount of weight though considering that they're designed to be a lighter version of the original metal benwa balls.

It is not suggested that you use either oil or silicone lube with this toy. Oils can trap bacteria in your vagina and cause a rather nasty infection, and the manufacturers of the company explicitly state to not use silicone lube with these benwa balls.

Due to being made of hard plastic, it's ok to clean them with anti-bacterial soap and warm water, or toy cleaner.
