The Ultimate Satisfier Slim is a sleek vibe. The head of the vibe reminds me of the nose of an airplane or that may just be because the sound is so loud it reminds me of a small toy plane. This is a good vibrator for beginners to use for vaginal penetration or clitoral stimulation. It is a pretty powerful vibrator which can overstimulate the clitoris and cause numbing. Along with the power comes the noise. This is one of loudest vibrators I have ever owned. It is so loud I slightly worried it might wake the kids. It is definitely not discreet.

The vibe is 9" in length, with about 8" in insertable length. The shaft is about 2.5" circumference, with the largest circumference in the head of 3.14". The motor is located in the head of the vibe, which is clear so you can see the motor spin. The head on ours is cloudy which I believe is from the adhesive used to put the vibe together. It is made of hard plastic, the top is smooth, while the shaft is slightly textured. It can be washed with warm water and a mild soap or toy cleaner. It is not waterproof, so do not submerge.

The vibe is easy to use with a turn dial switch on the end. It is technically only one speed, however, if you do not turn the dial all the way it does slow it down a little but the motor is so powerful it does not really make a difference. It runs on three AA batteries. It did not come in box, it was just in a clear plastic sleeve when we received it, which we disposed of once it was opened.

We opened the packaging eager to give this vibe a whirl. We started with running it between my thighs and teasing the clitoris, then inserted it vaginally. While the vibrations felt good internally, it didn't stimulate my g-spot. Externally the vibrations were overly strong where it just numbed my clitoris.
