I've Got Rhythm
The Siena Rondo is a very nice silicone vibrator. It is definitely made for the person who likes a lot more girth. With 10 different vibration patterns there's something to please everyone.

Pros
Silicone, 10 different patterns, extremely quiet, substantial girth.
Cons
Not extremely strong vibrations.
I recently realized that my toy collection was seriously lacking in the insertable vibrator department. I had an idea of what I was looking for in a vibrator. All I needed to do was find the right one that matched all of my requirements. You just gotta love the ability to refine your search when shopping on Eden Fantasys. So I finally decided on the Siena Rondo because it seemed like just the right choice for me. And I am pretty happy with it overall.
The Siena Rondo is a traditional style vibrator, which means it's fairly straight with no G-spot curve. And for the most part, it's meant for internal vaginal stimulation. But don't let that stop you from using it wherever your heart and hands desire. This vibrator is 8 1/2 inches long with 5 1/2 of those being insertable. One of my requirements was that my vibrator would have extra girth, and as far as that goes, at 1 3/4 inches diameter the Rondo does not disappoint. Actually the girth increases as you go down the shaft and is closer to 2 inches at the base. At the tip there is a bit of a bulge facing upward, then as you go down it has several ripples, and finally at the base it bulges again. That last one is rather large and very noticeable, and the way it hits the top outer edge of the vagina feels very good. The rest of the ripples are only mildly noticeable but add a very nice touch. Though this isn't specifically meant for the G-spot, if you angle it right you might be able to rub it. I had some luck with this. It's not easy, but it is doable.
Another requirement I had was that my vibrator be made out of silicone. I love silicone toys because they are non-porous, phthalates-free, hypoallergenic and body-safe. Plus silicone feels amazing. It has just the right amount of give without being too soft or floppy. The finish on the Rondo is a velvety one, which is great when used for clitoral stimulation if you like your vibrator to have a bit of a tug to it. The bottom part of this vibe is a black base made out of some type of sturdy plastic. It is where the controls are and where you load in 4 AAA batteries.
The controls are set into the front of the base. They consist of 2 buttons with a small LED light between them. Just push either button to access the Rondo's 10 different patterns. If you want to back up a pattern just push the other button. You do have to cycle through or back to where you started to turn it off. The LED light is pretty cute, and it changes color depending on the pattern and the strength of the pattern.
Speaking of the 10 different pattern or functions, these are really nice. They're a bit different than your normal ones. The first 3 are the typical soft, medium and strong steady vibrations. But then they go into 7 different undulating or staccato patterns that last longer than most other vibrators of this type. The vibrations on this are the deeper type and the highest setting is fairly strong, though still not quite as strong as I usually like. But take that with a grain of salt because I like exceptionally strong vibrations. Another great feature of the Rondo is that it is extremely quiet. I would say one of the quietest I own.
The Siena Rondo is also waterproof. So feel free to take it in the tub or shower with you. Just make sure the base is screwed on well. It's also super easy to clean. Just use soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner. Though it is not sterlizable because it is a vibrator with mechanical parts that could get ruined. So if you're going to be sharing this, you should cover it with a condom. Finally, please only use water based lubricants with this vibrator. Silicone toys don't play well with silicone lubes.

Experience
When I used the Siena Rondo I had mixed feelings about it. I really loved the girth on this and especially the larger bump at the base of the silicone. It does feel really nice thrusting it or even just moving it around a bit. Like I said the ripples are somewhat, but not extremely, noticeable. But I have dildos that do that even better. I do like the vibrations on this, but I'm not in love with them. I had high hopes that they would be stronger than they are. I do love some of the patterns though. I also love how quiet it is. And one other thing I didn't mention, because I was running over on the word limit, is that this is very easy to grip and hold onto and thrust with. So even though this isn't the perfect traditional vaginal vibrator for me, it's still a keeper.
Follow-up commentary
20 days after original review
I have used this a few more times. I think I like it a bit more than I initially did. I find the vibrations rather mild internally. But I found that I like the functions for that. As far a clitoral, I would say it's not quite enough for me personally.
It will remain in my toybox to be used. But probably not as often as some of my faves.
