After delivering my first son I thought I should exercise my pelvic floor more. I have bought other exercisers but did not like them because they were a lot of extra work and I did not have the time. So I went online and found these smartballs, when I first got them I thought wow these are huge!! I am pleased to say that they did really helped me,myself & my partner noticed a big difference in the tightness. I wore them everyday a few days a week. I would put them in the morning and go about my day! When I first started wearing them they would slip down some but after a week or two my muscles held them in better. You may need some lube to help them go in easier, I did.

When I found myself pregnant again I wore these through out my pregnancy & it helped wonders! When I was cleared for sex I had regained most of my former muscle tone. These have helped me a lot & did wonders for my confidence. Now sadly they are too big for me so I will be moving on to something else.I think these are great for women who have given birth due to the size!

They are also easy to clean, and easy to store so that's a huge plus. I usually washed them with warm soapy water. I never had any issues with getting them clean. You can easily store them and take them on trips if you want. I kept mine in a bag by itself and did travel with them.

Overall I would tell my friends about these. If you have given birth or are just beginning to do kegels I think these are a great starting point. These are an easy way to keep your pelvic floor healthy.
