Hold on tight!
The Bedroom Kandi kit is a great starter set for someone looking to work out their kegel muscles but put off by the fearsome size of other similar products. The two heaviest weights together pack a good punch to work up to, although you can start with a nice light 25g if you want to, and combine the various balls to work out the best weight for you at any one time.

Pros
Well designed, smooth plastic with varied weights.
Cons
String doesn't seem all that strong.
We're always being told how great it is to do kegel exercises, but sitting there and squeezing your pelvic floor with nothing for those muscles to hold onto is pretty difficult. And here enters Bedroom Kandi.
Other ben wa balls I've tried have been kinda big and intimidating, and whilst heavy, not adjustable like these from Oh Mi Bod.
First of all, why kegel exercises? They strengthen the PC, or pubococcygeus, muscle, which controls a whole bunch of things down there, from the opening and closing of the urethra to, most notably, the muscles inside your vagina. Kegel exercises are recommended to pregnant women, to make the birthing process and recovery from it easier, but also to any cisgendered woman who wants to improve her and her partner(s) sex life: improving the control of the PC muscle means you can more easily grip your partner's cock, or a double-ended dildo, and it improves the quality and intensity of your G-spot orgasms, making for more fun when you're alone as well.
Bedroom Kandi's set of ben wa balls is made of hard plastic and silicone, with a silicone string for removal of the toy. The plastic and silicone are both body safe and cleanable - the only real concern I have is that the string felt very thin and not wonderfully secured to the ball casing - I was a little worried that it might snap.
When you think of the benefits that you'll get from exercising the kegels, you'll begin to see that this is one kind of exercise that's pretty much essential - and far more fun than going to the gym! And the Bedroom Kandi Hold On To Me set is the perfect tool for the job: with different sizes and different weights, you can easily start off your PC workouts today, and keep adjusting the toy as needed when your muscles demand more!
