Heavier Would Make It Perfect

I really do like these Crystal Balls, but I wish they were more intense/weighted. They're great for any beginner, or anyone who wants some lighter exercise!

Use

These balls are supposed to be inserted in the vagina to strengthen the PC muscles. They are meant to be held in the vagina by squeezing your muscles down there. From what I've read, it is supposed to be difficult to keep them inside, but I have no problems doing so, which makes me feel as though I am not getting the intended effect.

Material / Texture

The Crystal Balls are made of glass, and they have cute little hearts 'floating' inside of them. They really are pretty and feminine, which is what attracted me to them in the first place. These are 1 inch in diameter, and they have some weight to them, though I wish I would have gone with a more distinctly weighted pair.

Design / Shape / Size

As I said, these balls have a very pretty design to them, with the hearts floating inside the glass in a very cute way. The weight was less than I expected, but I am sure it would be perfect for most beginners. I really love that they are made of glass, and the size is just perfect.

The design of the storage tin is also lovely. You get a nice pink heart tin with two spots set in, just for your Crystal Balls. The silk lining adds to the feminine appeal. When closed, this tin is also very discreet!

Performance

I wasn't as thrilled with these balls as I thought I'd be. The thing is, they don't exercise my muscles as much as I expected. I thought they would be great because they are my first set, but I seem to be more advanced with toys even when beginning. For the average beginner, these would be great.

I do enjoy the ease of use with these balls, and I love how easily they clean and store, as well!

Care and Maintenance

Since these balls are glass, they are very easy to clean. I use soap and water, and then dry them off. Also, I spray them with my toy cleaner, just for the extra cleanliness. After that, you just stick 'em in the tin and store them until the next use!

Packaging

The packaging is mainly just the tin, which is great for storage. It would also be lovely if you were giving this as a gift. It is a very cute and durable case, which I love!

    Thanks for sharing! I considered buying these a while back, but they never really get reviews that imply their as effective as the more expensive available. I've gone through several kegel balls to find the right size and weight. Smartballs and all of the non mini-sized balls were too big for me, so I ended up finding a comfortable size small enough to put in without pain -- Bedroom Kandi's kit and Lelo Luna Mini Beads. I can't use BK's kit because they don't make me work my muscles, sort of like these did you. But the Mini Luna's were perfect! I use them every day. Maybe those would be the weight you're looking for. As you may know, it comes with 4 balls total (2 diff. weights). I like them, they actually make me work! So sorry these glass ones didn't cut it for you. I've been interested in trying the glass pink egg ball thingys. But I do highly doubt they'll be near as effective as the actual balls with weights, plus the weights rumbling around down there are so entertaining! Lol
