My wife and I absolutely love this toy, and this review covers our experiences with it over the past 2+ years. It is nearly ideal for the budget-minded toy lover because of its flexibility (in terms of possible uses), power, and of course price.

This vibrator is constructed from hard plastic, which makes it a fairly safe toy from a chemical standpoint. Being plastic, it has a seam that runs down its side, but it is smoothed well and has never been irritating. It is smooth and glossy, and the blueberry color is nice and gender neutral. Being hard plastic, it doesn't have a strong odor, although it does retain odor a bit (ours usually smells faintly of lemon since that is the scent of the soap we use to clean it). The vibrator is waterproof as well, a feature we have tested in the shower and hot tub. Being waterproof also makes cleanup easier, since the entire vibrator can be immersed in water. With no crevices or grooves, cleanup is a snap using whatever method one might prefer.

There are certainly more powerful vibrators out there, but this one is strong enough to get the job done for both of us. It is clear that this is meant to be used vaginally, and it works capably in this regard. It also does its job as a clitoral stimulator, with its somewhat tapered tip never failing to bring my wife an orgasm. The prominent bulges are, along with the price, the best feature. This is because it allows the vibrator to double as an anal toy inasmuch as the bulges decrease the possibility of it slipping out, especially if it is inserted past the second bulge. We use it anally in foreplay for my wife and then, after a quick cleaning, for clitoral stimulation during sex. For myself, it is used occasionally on me during foreplay, and I sometimes also use it for prostate stimulation during masturbation. We both enjoy it so much in bed that we are considering getting a second one.

Battery longevity is quite good, with the vibrator becoming gradually less powerful as the battery loses power. Compared to other vibrating devices we've owned, the battery longevity is the best. It is not the quietest vibrator out there, and although I would not characterize that as a big negative, it might be of concern if someone used it where discretion is needed. If someone is using it in the bedroom, it can be heard through the door, and faintly, if at all, through an adjacent wall.

About the only negative about this vibrator is that the tip of it can get a bit on the warm side after prolonged use. It has never gotten to the point where it has been even remotely uncomfortable for either of us (my wife likes it, actually), but I could see where it might be distracting to someone else.
