Harcore workout without breaking a sweat.
The Emigi has and size, shape and weight that can be used by just about anyone who is female bodied. It's not going to make you have a vagina of steel overnight, but with regular use you will notice a difference in not time.

Pros
Great size, nice weight, anti-microbial.
Cons
String can be a little irritating at times.
The Emigi is my first vaginal exerciser. I wasn't really sure what to expect. I have a toddler, and just like any woman who has experienced the joys of vaginal child birth, I was left with weakened pelvic floor. I have been working on improving the strength of my muscles for some time now, but I decided that I wanted to take my internal workout to the next level so I ordered the Emigi.
The Emigi comes in a tiny little clear plastic package that looks almost like a paper bag with a folded down top. It's wide and open at the bottom and gets thinner as it goes up, and comes to a point at the top. Once you get the Emigi out, it's got kind of a peanut shape to it. It has a little bit of weight to it, and the material feels almost like one of those big pink erasers that you used in elementary school.
It's made of a bio-compatible elastomer that has an anti-microbial additive. Making it a product that is non-toxic, body safe and easy to clean. It's very slightly squishy and a bit velvety, but feels more rubbery than like silicone.
There are two smaller balls inside the main outside casing that roll around when you move the Emigi around. It took me a couple times to get used to the movement of the internal balls. It's not that they are flying around every time you move, but if you are sitting, driving or standing still the Emigi is pretty still, and when you get up or start moving again the movement starts. Sometimes I sort of forget that I am wearing them and then the movement reminds me. It also reminds my body. The movement contracts the vaginal muscles, giving a great exercise. The sound of the internal balls rolling around isn't very loud outside your body, and definitely cannot be heard while wearing them. It's not going to be as if you are walking around with jingle bells.
The Emigi looks like a giant Tylenol on a string. To me, the two toned color scheme looks like a pill capsule. The weighted capsule is 2 3/4 inches long and has a 3 3/4 inch circumference, a size that should be good for just about anyone. The pull string that is attached to the Emigi is just a hair under 4 inches long. That is a bit of over kill, I think. The string is also pretty firm and I have a hard time wearing the Emigi with the string hanging down. I usually turn it upside down and insert it, that way there is a small 3/4 inch string that I can easily grab to remove the exerciser, and the string is short enough it doesn't irritate the vaginal opening. You could just as easily trim the string down to the length you prefer.
Cleanup is easy with the Emigi. Anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner and rinse with warm water. If I am wearing the Emigi out of the house I take a couple fresh wipes in a Ziploc baggy along with me. That way if I need to remove the Emigi I have a baggy to store it until I get home, and if I need to remove it and reinsert it I have a wipe for a quick cleanup until I can wash it properly at home.
Water and Silicone based lubes can be used with this product.

Experience
I enjoy using the Emigi, I can tell a difference in my muscle strength since I started using it. It's not an overnight miracle worker, but my goal to strengthen my pc muscles and keep them strong and healthy. The last thing I want while battling menopause is to pee on myself when I sneeze. :)
Follow-up commentary
23 months after original review
The Emigi is still working great for me. It's been nearly 2 years and I have had no trouble at all. The quality is great and I feel that this will last me for several years to come. I have gone ahead and trimmed down the string so it isn't so long... I was bothering me to have all that extra cord.

I have some wipes from "always" brand when I wear my smartballs out, so my balls are not all gooey when I put them back in their pouch, lol. Great review, I think you made a good choice to go with the Emigi.
