Great for Working Those Kegels!
I was very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to try working the Kegel muscles!

Great for beginners, the Reflections Ben Wa Balls are large enough for someone just starting with Ben Wa Balls and work the Kegels nicely.
To insert the balls into the vagina I find it easier to lie down on the bed and place a little line on each ball before inserting them. If you would like, you can place them in some warm water if they are cold. Try walking around and holding them in for 15-20 minutes to begin with and work your way up to longer time periods. When your able to hold them in all day (I would suggest doing this on a day when your around the house) then you can move to a more advanced set of Kegel balls.
When staring out with Kegel exercisers you want to choose a set that are large enough for your muscles to hold onto. When you are able to hold those in for a length of time, you can move to a smaller size. The smaller the diameter, the harder it will be for your Kegel muscles to hold them in. This will tighten the pelvic floor muscles helping you feel tighter, which will be more pleasurable for both you and him.
One quality I really like about these is that they are glass and as such are super easy to clean and sanitize. Just place them in boiling water for about 10 minutes and you're good to go. As another reviewer stated, they are a little difficult to remove the first time inserting them, but I found that with a little lube and finding the right position you can insert a finger and hook it around the ball and it will slip out easily. If your having trouble removing the second one I suggest inserting a little lube and walking around to make it drop lower.
